Today we are joined in by Javaria Malik. She is a Certified mindset & relationship coach , NLP practitioner and an entrepreneur born with spinal muscular atrophy. Today she will be sharing with us that how she developed a rock solid mindset and continued to help others in this journey .

Today we have Shahana Jan who is an Actor and Director residing in Philadelphia . Originally from Pakistan, Shahana has an Acting background in Theatre in the country’s capital Islamabad, as well as Film, TV Commercial and Radio work. Her debut in film was in the internationally acclaimed Slackistan, produced by Big Upstairs Productions. She also hosted a regular Radio show called ‘The Rush Hour’ for Pakistan’s premiere English radio network CityFM 89. Later she and her mentor, Shayan Afzal Khan, took on the responsibility of setting up an Arts & Culture venue called Kuch Khaas – Centre for Arts, Culture & Dialogue in her hometown Islamabad, which today reigns as the go-to spot for expression and creativity in the city. It was here that she also became a regular in the sketch group ‘Insolent Knights’, for which she contributed and performed live shows for TinyTwo Productions. During this time, Shahana developed a passion for production and produced various web sketches and shorts, which eventually led her to pursue an education in Film & Television Production Technique in Cape Town, South Africa. Following this, under the mentorship of Producer Rohail Hyatt, Shahana was recruited as the International Production Manager for Pakistan’s biggest television production – Coke Studio Pakistan. Upon its completion, Shahana decided it was time to return to her original passion and was accepted at the renowned Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute in New York City to study Acting. She is the Creative Design Director for the New York City based Brooklyn Repertory Theatre. With her career in the Theatre & Media industry spanning over a decade, Shahana has worked in various production capacities in countries such as Pakistan, Turkey, Serbia, Italy, South Africa, Thailand, Kazakhstan and the United States. Her work has been televised in both Pakistan and the United States.

Sanober Pardiwalla, Bollywood's most successful, multi-talented and highly skilled stunt woman who works with a strive in her heart to deliver the director's vision. At the age of 12, she was a Gymnast, an excellent swimmer, a Black-Belt in Karate, along with other martial arts such as Muay Thai, Boxing, KickBoxing, Krav Maga, Jiu Jitsu, with added knowledge of weapons such as rifle and pistol for sharp shooting, Broad Sword, Staff, Whip Chain and Samurai. A Mixed Martial Artist, Sky Diver, Para Glider, Advanced Deep Sea Diver, Cars & Bikes precision driver with high speed chases & crashes, Adrenaline rushing high-flying Cable stunts & many more are her fields of unprecedented success. Ayesha Is an MBA (Marketing & Strategy) graduate from AGSM and her professional experience is over 10 years. She says that The engineer in her structures her thoughts and helps her bring order to chaos. Ayesha is a ‘Thinking Introvert’, a curious dreamer and a human connector who Is passionate about working with people to bring out the best in them, developing long lasting relationships and taking them on a journey of discovery and growth.

Swey is a Therapist + Coach, Mental Health Speaker, Author, Founder & Producer of Polite But Savage Podcast and the Co-Founder & Co-CEO of Kaleidoscopic Vision. With credentials in CBT, holistic therapy, life and career coaching, she is an entrepreneur with a driven passion for mental health, based on her personal battles and professional experience. Prior to the many hats that she wears at present, she worked as a Special Educator for 6 years to help children and adolescents on the spectrum. Today she will share her healing journey as a trauma survivor of domestic violence and trauma induced depression and anxiety - boiled down to how she made it when no one expected her to make it..even herself.
