It's Wednesday! So it's time to drop a new podcast episode. This week I had the pleasure to interview Teresa Ramirez the creator and founder behind Rooted Holistic Bodywork. Teresa is a Southern California native of 32 years and a forever student of life. She is the owner of Rooted Holistic Bodywork and has been a Holistic Health Practitioner (H.H.P) and Certified Massage Therapist (C.M.T) since 2017.

Teresa, is a passionate Practitioner with an alternative approach to healing; she is dedicated to coaching and teaching her cliens how to initially ground in their own being as they shift and move through a broad range of physical, emottional and spiritual transitions in the most posistive, efficient and transformative way as possible.
