The coffee beans are sourced straight from Italy, and his mission is simple: serve great espresso the Italian way. Brent has been leading Industrial Rehab and Injury Prevention at Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System since 2005. Kyle Martino has played at all levels of US Soccer—from youth, to college, to MLS and the USMNT, to a local adult league today. He was named Gatorade National Player of the Year in 1999 and played college soccer at the University of Virginia. After joining the Columbus Crew in 2002, he was named MLS rookie of the year. In 2017, Kyle ran for President of the US Soccer Federation.

Kyle is still heavily involved with soccer worldwide. Some of his ventures include Street FC, No One Home, Over Under Initiative and Goalper. Kyle continues to be a leader for Soccer and the growth of the game!

This week I talk with Mike Freeman! Mike spent 11 years playing professional baseball. In 2023 Mike was hired by the Seattle Mariners to be the Manager of their Double-A affiliate and he was named Manager of the Year! For me, some of my favorite moments from the conversation weren’t about his play on the field. Sean is a lifelong surfer, martial artist, and hockey player. As a child, Sean excelled in ice hockey, but at 18, he shifted his focus to surfing. This passion led him to travel the world, immersing himself in diverse cultures. During his travels, Sean began training in MMA and practicing meditation, transforming his need for self-defense and mental focus into an obsession. He trained with top martial arts coaches and fighters.

A severe knee injury redirected Sean's path, leading him to study and integrate primal movements and movement philosophies. This holistic approach cured his muscle imbalances and enhanced his mental focus, strength, and symmetry.

General Duke, one of only six moon walker astronauts alive today, shares his incredible life story. From growing up in Lancaster, SC, and attending the U.S. Naval Academy, to being selected by NASA as an astronaut in 1966. We delve into his role as CAPCOM on Apollo 11 during the first manned moon landing, his journey on Apollo 16 as a lunar module pilot where he spent over 71 hours on the Moon, and his life after NASA, dedicated to faith and family.
