Strangers becoming friends, friends becoming strangers. This episode explores the energy many of us are feeling right now as a collective, and how we can protect ourselves, and navigate our way through it. 

To block or not to block? Is the topic of tonights discussion.  

I don’t know about you but I find it very hard to let go, let go of those I love. Let go of the years of investing friendship, love, empathy, support, the tears, the laughter, and everything in between and then one day, it all just stops.

My first thought is, something is wrong? That could be a minor thing like a lost phone, or out of service, on holiday, sick, who knows, but I always think what has happened, how can I help and more importantly reach them to let them know I am here and I love them.

Why do I do this? Because I invest in my friendships, they are not footloose and fancy free.  When I say I’m in, I’m all in. I’m not fickle or airy faery, or treat friendships as throw away wrappers on the last candy some one chewed.

I HATE blocking people I love because it feels so final, yet if I don’t block, I know I will relent at some point in the future and send them a loving message that will be ignored and I will go through the horrible cycle all over again.
