Interview with Holy HipHop Artist, KSAM | Muzilog Magazine Podcast
Gospel HipHop recording artist, KSam stopped by the Muzilog Magazine to talk about his new releases and more.
KSam is an American Hip Hop Gospel Artist. Born Kevin Sampson, who is originally from Tampa, Florida. He began his music career in 1984 as a secular rap artist and eventually moved into the gospel arena, following several life-changing experiences. KSam admits that his life has not always been perfect. There were times at the start of his career when he didn't make the best decisions. Those choices cost him time away from family and stalled his music career.
When he first entered the industry, his lyrics were thought-provoking and spoke to the conditions he saw around him. He was advised to move away from the heavy stuff until he could build his foundation. The move meant following the crowd and rapping about money, women, and sex. Between two stints in prison for non-violent cries, KSam was asked to write a song about his life. The challenge formed the lyrics to his song titled "My Testimony." It was such a powerful piece that he eventually decided to move away from rapping about street life to being a witness for God. He believes that the beauty of Hip Hop Gospel is testifying where God has brought us from. He states, "With gospel, people tune in when they have reached awareness, and that can be at any age." KSam does not believe age is a factor in any genre as long as the artist can produce good music.

Interview with Author, Janice Ross | Muzilog Magazine Podcast
Janice Ross has always believed she was born to write. Ever since she first held a writing device and scribbled in her first journal and created a made-up life, she fell in love with the power of storytelling. Since all those years ago, she's grown into a phenomenal writer with the skill and experience to feature in true-to-life tales.
Janice is a native of Guyana, South America, and relocated to the United States with her family in 1980. Ties to her land of birth are visible with her, and she also considers herself a world citizen because she has traveled the world with her mindful imagination, a pen, and a lot of paper.
Janice is drawn to stories with distinct characters that she can love or hate, characters she can form alliances with, or characters that she can swear off and despise. She is also weak for a good cultural tale, preferably in the form of historical fiction. Janice loves to be taken off guard by clever language and settings.
Janice is also a devout supporter and promoter of other authors through social media. She hosts a weekly show, Cultural Cocktails, on the most prominent social radio network, Blog Talk Radio.

Following up her successful releases, “Black Hole” and “Taxi,” the Ireland native, UK-based artist took a moment to chat with Muzilog Magazine Podcast host Samuel Archer about her beginnings to her making a path to being a recording artist.
Eiza’s emotive vocal sits on top of a hard-hitting production (by Jay Nebula and Lenii) that escalates throughout the song.
