This journey is an hour long, if you need to move then move, if you need to scratch then scratch just keep the movements soft and gentle so as not to disrupt the level of relaxation you’ve achieved.

Eyes closed and lying down on your back are suggested traditionally, but my neurodiverse fam are welcomed to stim away, move, to art, journal, and explore stillness at their own pace.
