So the world is currently in hiding from Covid-19 and performing comedy on stage is currently on hold until the pubs and clubs open. Many clubs have gone online, including Rough As, but what is it like? I have some hints and tips plus I chat with Lucy Orchard who has done a ton of online gigging. I had a really fun chat with Lucy, I hope you enjoy it and let us know how you're getting on in the quarantine either through facebook or Anchor.
This time I have a good long chat with Sianny Thomas, the queen of meme on Facebook, BBC Sesh contributor and health advocate, about looking after your mental and physical well-being whilst taking part in comedy. It's not easy balancing life whilst trying to write and perform comedy, Sianny shares her experiences and gives us some hints and tips on how to create a good balance.
Thanks as ever to Dan Morgan for his brilliant editing. Thanks as well to Zach Williams for our fab logo.

Also I highlight some ways to help you write and perform better by planning, I detail why you should and then how to plan. Thanks to Dan K Morgan for editing all my umms of which there were many.
