I was so excited to start this conversation with my six-year-old. This was an amazing starting point to see what she has picked up about the body, body image, thoughts, feelings and more! I was actually quite surprised by the direction of the conversation and I must say grateful. I am looking forward to continuing an open dialogue about this topic, mostly holding space for her! (and her sister when she’s ready to share!!)
