Achieving Your Highest Self ft. Hailey West

Achieving Your Highest Self ft. Hailey West

Hello everyone, and welcome back to Raw Intentions. On this week’s episode, I sat down with Hailey West- a 26 year old Nashville native, paving the way as a full time graphic designer and creative. We decided to split this interview into two parts. You see, my initial plan was to delve into topics that relate to her profession, as she is so experienced and has so much knowledge to share. Another facet of her life, however, is spirituality. She is incredibly holistic, spiritual, and in-tune with herself and the universe. We ended up talking about all of this for a long time, so I decided to run with it and wow! I’m so happy I did. Hailey shares with us her morning rituals and general practices to show up as the best version of herself. We discuss meditation, how to meet your highest self, the importance of the people you surround yourself with, and how to cut out people that no longer serve you, amongst other things. This is SUCH a valuable episode, and great for anyone dipping their toes into spirituality, or someone that can relate to much of this and wants some inspiration or a gentle reminder. So enjoy episode 38 and catch part two of this interview next Thursday! xo

Pivot & Be Present ft. Sar Car & Alli Bridgers

Pivot & Be Present ft. Sar Car & Alli Bridgers

On this week’s episode of Raw Intentions, I had the absolute pleasure of chatting with sisters Alli & Sara Caroline “Bird” Bridgers. An hour wasn’t long enough; I truly could have talked with these girls for forever. I love their dynamic and their bond as sisters & friends. They pose such a unique outlook on the world and life as we live it- with each perspective from a totally different age group and different walks of life. This week, we cover a whole lot. Pivoting in life, and knowing when the right time to make a change is, staying present and paying attention to what is and isn’t serving you, how to avoid dissociation and burnout, health and wellness and what that means to us, sobriety, balancing a job on social media without constantly being on your phone, navigating your 20’s, starting businesses and our why’s, and so much more. We did a podcast swap, so go check out their podcast “Go Call Your Sister,” and enjoy these conversations! xo

Such is Life

Such is Life

This podcast episode has no point. Just me, laying in bed on a Sunday, violently hungover scrolling on tiktok, unable to do anything other than be horizontal. I spotted my podcasting mic in the corner of my room and thought to myself, why not! In this episode, I just shoot the shit with yall. I give life updates, talk about my current living situation and break down the do’s and don’ts of doing a ski house with your friends, living in breckenridge, a current ski predicament and how I’m dealing, and all kinds of random things. I sound like I chain-smoked a pack of cigarettes and the two braincells I have left from the weekend are fighting for their lives, but despite it all, I hope y’all enjoy this episode xo

Chronicles of Food

Chronicles of Food

Welcome back to Raw Intentions. This week I decided to take a solo episode and talk about something that so many of us struggle with. Our ever changing bodies, falling in and out of love with ourselves, and toxic relationships with food and exercise. I have struggled, mostly silently, with this for as long as I can remember. I’ve done every fad diet, created awful habits with food and workouts, starved myself only to binge drink and eat almost every weekend, juice cleansed on the regular- you name it, I’ve tried it. I’ve been to therapy for my disordered thoughts and obsessive nature, and have learned a LOT over the years from these various struggles. Not a fun thing to talk about, but i really wanted to share this with y’all; both for myself and for anyone else that has ever silently battled with food. Food is meant to nourish us, allow us to live our lives and be enjoyed, not be the source of anxiety and obsession and hate and guilt. I’ve slowly unlearned so much that I’ve taught myself though the pressures of being a girl in today’s world. So if you’ve ever had similar negative experiences with any of the above, I hope this episode makes you feel seen, heard, and less alone. Love each of you so much and if you ever need to talk, please know I’m always here xo

No Worries Either Way ft. Maddy Brehmer

No Worries Either Way ft. Maddy Brehmer

Ladies and hopefully no gents of Raw Intentions podcast, welcome to the stage Maddy Brehmer. I say no gents because dear God do we talk way too freely here, almost as if no one was going to ever hear this audio. Had to loop back around and bleep a few moments out forsure, but also kept a lot in. Quite risqué ! Truly laughed my entire way through recording this podcast, as well as listening back to it. Is it because it’s actually funny, or because Maddy and I act like we’re SNL comedians at all times? Who’s to say. What i can tell you is that this episode leaves no stone unturned. We talk about former ex lovers, getting cheated on (tehe), being different than other girls, moving a lot, living through the transitions of your 20’s, snapchat messaging being the new HOTTEST form of communication (literally so sexy), and more. So buckle up and listen to the latest episode of Raw Intentions. Enjoy xo

Declutter Your Life

Declutter Your Life

On today’s episode, I take a solo moment to talk about decluttering the fuck out of your life. A couple years ago, I picked up the book “The Life Changing Magic of Tidying Up,” by Marie Kondo; and boy oh boy did it change my life. I share my own story with moving and having way too much stuff; then summarize her book so you don’t have to. Giving you step by step tangible ways to permanently restore harmony in your space as well as your life. So enjoy this episode and I hope it helps you get rid of all of your belongings xo

Raw Dog Army ft. Alli Murphree & Thomas Bell

On today’s episode, we welcome my long time friends, confidants, and roommates, Tom & Alli to the podcast. For the last two months, my recently engaged friends and I have bunked up in Winter Park, CO for ski season. As our cohabiting comes to a sad ending, we decided to split a box of wine and record a podcast episode. We discuss how we know each other and fond memories together, traveling & living the nomadic life, wedding planning, and how you know when you’re with “the one.” I also asked them questions that y’all asked us via instagram; how to have hard conversations within a relationship, the truth behind “if he wanted to, he would,” the importance of foreplay and keeping sex a part of your relationship, dating advice, and worst date stories to name a few. So enjoy these wine fueled conversations with a couple of my best friends, and happy listening ladies xo

Chats With Friends ft. Klem

Chats With Friends ft. Klem

On today’s episode, Raw Intentions gives a warm welcome to our dear friend, Alex Klemovich. Alex came and stayed with me for a few days in the mountains to ski, catch up, and help me shoot content for Rebellious Ski Club. I wanted to get her on the mic for a number of reasons. She’s an incredibly dynamic person. Klem is a woman of many talents, interests, and endeavors. One of those people that leaps into things without a second though, and has a creative eye that drives much of her success. We discuss growing up in small towns, family, dating in Colorado & LA, being driven by creativity over money, her mega successful tiedye business, working with pro snowboarders, and losing our virginities (her story is way cooler than mine). She inspires me in so many ways, and I think you’ll love her as much as i do after listening to this episode. Very lucky to work along side her and call her a friend. Let us know what you think and enjoy these conversations xo

Life's too Short for Bad Sex

Life's too Short for Bad Sex

Oh yeah baby, that's right. This episode is NOT for young ears; because this week, we're talking about S E X. The thing that makes our world go round, that we workout to look good for, and what we all obsess over. Today, we talk about all kinds of things. Virginity, masturbating, casual sex, one night stands, how to have sex conversations with your partner, porn, and so! much! more! Ok but wait, I haven't even told y'all the best part. Are you still reading? I took a TON of questions that our audience asked via instagram, and also brainstormed some BURNING questions that ALL women want to know. I collected all of these inquiries, and asked the masses. I polled 10-15 men in my life all over the map. Married, single, dating, older, younger, conservative, woke vibes- truly every type of male you can imagine. I asked them about sex on the first date, thirst trap opinions, if post nut clarity is true or a cruel folk lore, the list goes on. So enjoy this incredibly ~raw~ episode of Raw Intentions and let us know what you think xo

Should I Text Him First?

Should I Text Him First?

Should I text him first? Does he like me? What do I wear? What do I talk about on a date? Should I try dating apps? SO MANY QUESTIONS! Dating is confusing and hard and a wild time that we are all blindly attempting to navigate. Well, as a ripe 28 year old that has been single the majority of her life, yes I’m talking about myself in the third person, I’m here to help. You asked, and I listened, and I attempted to answer all of our burning questions when it comes to courting the opposite sex and finding love in a hopeless place. I hope you find this episode educational, entertaining, and exciting. Maybe not exciting- just tried to think of another word that started with “e.” Enjoy! xo

New Year, New Me

New Year, New Me

As we near the end of 2022, I decided to take a look back and reflect on the year. Not only do I take you along on the ride that is my life, from January to December, but I also give you the tools to do this yourself. As an avid journaler, and reflection extraordinaire, I have a little routine I do at the end of each year. I think its important to take a beat, figure out what the last 365 days meant to you, and then look forward to the new year. Reflection is my favorite thing in this world, second to living and experiencing the things I now get to reflect on. So I hope you can use the knowledge from this episode as a blueprint to look at your own life happenings, and the ups and downs that come with this human experience. The belief in clean slates, resolutions, time ending, and beginning, like it does with a new year, is such a cute thing we do. Aliens probably look down on us, and smile like “Awww stupid little homosapiens.” So enjoy this episode, enjoy the remainder of your year, do something crazy, and be yourself. Xo

Be Bad At Your Hobbies ft. Genevieve Henderson

Be Bad At Your Hobbies ft. Genevieve Henderson

Decided to repurpose some audio from a guest appearance on my dear friend Gen’s podcast, The House You Live In. In this episode, we talk about a wide range of topics. The subject matter was supposed to center around my ACL and what that recovery looked like, but naturally Gen and I can’t speak linearly. We did talk alot about my ACL injury while skiing and what that recovery, both mentally and physically was like though, so anyone that’s been through it or is going through it, can absolutely relate. ACL is a BITCH and a half, lemme tell ya. We discuss LOTS of mental health tings, as well as therapy, dating, woes and loneliness in your 20’s, depressive spells and moving through them, podcasting, comparison, injury and recovery from that injury, skiing and living in Colorado, literally the list goes on and on. I love recording w Gen, because it truly doesn’t feel like we’re recording, its just like we’re chatting, so the time flies. Definitely follow Gen, check out her podcasts (yes plural she literally has TWO SHES INSANE), and enjoy this weeks episode ! xo

Habituals & Rituals

Habituals & Rituals

Hola everyone and welcome back to Raw Intentions. Inspired by a question I got from our community, I decided to take y’all to school and teach you everything I know about habits. Working for myself with a million things on my plate at all times, I’m constantly looking to improve how I spend each day. Two books, “The Power of Habit,” and “Atomic Habits,” really changed how I view my time and habits, and helped me learn how to create new ones and break bad ones. So today, I do my best to take some key points from each book, and give you the foundation and inspiration to implement some new rituals in your own life. With the new year around the corner, let’s go into 2023 with the tools to make it the best year yet! Enjoy this episode and I hope you find it helpful in your own life. Xo

Club Love & Comparison ft. Nadia Niakossary

On today’s episode, I sit down with my dear friend, Nadia Niakossary. We sat infront of a cozy, crackling fire, sipped on hot lemon water with honey, and talked for hours. Nadia and I always seem to get lost in conversation, and this next hour is no exception. We talked about her career, and making difficult decisions for her personal life and her work life. We talk about our 20’s, the constant comparison that occurs, and the surprising loneliness that ensues. We talk travel, how we met, pretty much anything you can imagine. So enjoy this episode, and I hope you get to know my wonderful girl! Xo

Future Endeavors & New Roomies

Future Endeavors & New Roomies

On today's episode, we take a beat to catch up. And by we, I mean me, talking to myself in a mic, pretending that you're talking back. Lots of life changes as of late, and lots of new things to come. I've been in the thralls of the Black Friday/Cyber Monday craziness, as well as prepping for the holidays. I've also been traveling more than I have in awhile, and moving out of my house in Denver. A bit of a stressful time, to say the least. I tell y'all about a new apparel line I'm working on, as well as a new business I'm starting. I also discuss moving to the mountains, and living with a boy that I'm sleeping with, yet not officially dating? Its confusing. I'm even confused as I try to tell y'all about it, but truly just giving you the tea on my life. I hope everyone is having a fabulous week, and is ready for the impending holiday szn. Enjoy this episode and ttyl xo

Sunday Scaries

Sunday Scaries

My first ever, and hopefully not last, sunday scaries edition of Raw Intentions Podcast. If you’re a @raw_rebellious native, you know about our deeply religious tradition on Sunday’s. Each Sunday, we post an open prompt for our audience to tell us stories of their weekend. The absolute most vial, debaucherous, wild tales; shared anonymously to me and then to our audience. Well today, whilst I struggle with my own hangover. demons, we decided to bring that lovely ritual to our podcast, too. So enjoy a mix of my own spooky stories, as well as various stories I’ve received from each of you. Oh, and if you hear this episode, and remember a wild folklore of your own, please share it with me @rawintentionspodcast! That way, we can make episodes like these a regular segment. xo

Like Mother & Father, Like Daughter ft. Jill & Greg Smyth

On episode 21 of Raw Intentions, we give a warm welcome to my ever so fabulous mom and dad! That’s right; after much convincing and coercing, we sat down on the couch in my childhood home in Madison, AL, and pressed record. We chatted about their background, how they met, fun travel stories, and how annoying I was as a young lass. Past tense though! Was! I am cool and chill now. Right guys?? Anyways, so thankful to have parents like these; parents that i continue to grow with and learn from. I love them both more than life itself, and I’m happy you get a small glimpse of who they are. Ladies and gentlemen, Jill & Greg Smyth! Enjoy the episode and let us know what you think xo

Energetic Self-Love ft. Anna Grace Newell

Energetic Self-Love ft. Anna Grace Newell

Episode 20! We made it, and we’re so happy you’re here! This week, I sat down with my lovely friend, Anna Grace Newell. She is truly SUCH a dynamic soul, and a woman of many talents. We’ve been friends since 2017, and have experienced much of life together. Something that bonded us from the beginning, was our struggles with food, body image, working out, and the anxiety we put around those things. We’ve both undergone a transformation of sorts, and healed ourselves from within while learning and growing in various parts of our lives. I’m so thankful for everything I’ve learned from struggling with that for so long, so we share our stories to try and help you if you’re struggling too. Living in these bodies sometimes means intrinsically hating these bodies, feeling shame around how they look and obsessing over making them “perfect.” We get it, we’ve been to every dark place you have, and we want to help and make you feel less alone. So we hope you enjoy these conversations and I’m always here if you need me. xo

Blink Once if You’re Obsessed With Me ft. Genevieve Henderson

Blink Once if You’re Obsessed With Me ft. Genevieve Henderson

On this week’s episode, I bring on a dear friend of mine. The one, the only Genevieve Henderson. Gen was actually one of my first friends in Denver, and quickly become someone that I hope sticks around for the long haul. A fellow podcaster herself, she takes the mic quite naturally. We had zero plan going into this, and really took the episode all over the map. We swap dating stories, Gen demonstrates how hard she pulls, transformations that occurred for us both post-college, challenging and overcoming them, and much more. Lots of laughs of course because, well, we’re both hilarious. I hope you enjoy this episode and get to know my dear friend! If you’d like to follow along with her, you can follow her personal account on instagram @genny_henny, and from there you can snag links to not one, but TWO of her podcasts. Let us know what you think and have a great day xo.

Once Upon a Time

Once Upon a Time

Have you ever heard something that really stuck with you? Something said in passing, in a book, on a billboard that shifts your mind forever? Well this week, I take a solo episode to share all of my favorite pieces of literature. Quotes, phrases, words, books, poems; things that have truly changed my life and the way I think. Take notes if they rock you, and explore meanings they could have for you, whether similar or different than my takeaways. Truly an earth shattering episode, in my humble opinion. If you feel something, anything at all, slide in my dms at @rawintentionspodcast. Or not. Either way I hope you enjoy xo

Oh Brother! ft. Ethan Smyth

Oh Brother! ft. Ethan Smyth

In today’s episode, we welcome a very special guest- Ethan Smyth, aka my brother. Although he's "Brutha from Anotha Motha," in my contacts, he is very much from the same mother. Unfortunately. Anyways, in this episode, we turn the clocks back, and reminisce on all the good ole days of our blissfull childhood. Fights over gameboys, throwing up outside of a childhood bedroom, fond memories as the VIP position of my younger brother, lots of laughs, and calling grandma to ask who her favorite grandchild is. We went really rogue with this and go all over the place, and had lots of fun in the studio. Although I forced him to record with me, Ethan already wants to come back and record a part two. Let us know what you think and if he should be permitted back on the Raw Intentions set. Enjoy xo

Desert Discos & Backseat Lovers

POV: You and I are talking on the phone, I'm probably on a stroll in my neighborhood, and we're giving each other ALL the life updates. Because this week, I decided to take a beat to bring everyone up to speed on all the intimate details of my life that literally no one asked for. We talk about everything. My recent birthday, an ex flame popping his head in to say hello, a new flame on the horizon, moving, and lots more. Jam packed and juicy, whether we're besties in real life or online, I'm giving you the lowdown. So mom if you're reading this, don't listen. Definitely a bit different than episodes in the past, so I hope you like it! And if you do, you MUST let me know what you think! Also if you’d like to play a drinking game, take a shot every time I says “like.” Warning though, you might black out xo

Sexy Girls Shart Sometimes: Living with Crohns

Sexy Girls Shart Sometimes: Living with Crohns

Getting really personal, and dare I say, RAW? Because in this episode, I share my story with getting diagnosed and living with Crohns, an autoimmune disease that resides in the digestive tract. We really get into it- I talk about my lifestyle changes, dietary restrictions, alcohol adjustments, and lots of accidental sharting of le pants during bad flare ups. Why in the world do I share all of this highly personal information? Because I want you to know you're not alone if you're dealing with this shit, no pun intended. If you’re struggling with any kind of gut disease or think you might have something funky going on, this is the episode for you. And please know, you have all the support right here to validate your experiences and get advice for managing your own illness. We hope you enjoy this very niched episode, and please don't hesitate to reach out on @rawintentionspodcast with any further questions xo.

Infiltrate the Dealer, Find the Supplier

Infiltrate the Dealer, Find the Supplier

The final part of the three part business series has arrived! If you need a refresher, you can catch part one and part two on the “Fake it Til You Make it” and “Content, Customers, & Covid” episodes. Today, we did what we've dreaded doing. We've done the research, read the articles, and of course called my dear father with a million boring questions that had equally boring answers. I take the mic and spills the beans on everything you’re most likely confused about as you start your business. Taxes, licensing, wtf an LLC is, finding the right supplier, having employees, and so much more. Essentially, I'm a woman of the people- I did the research so you don’t have to, spelling out the do’s and don’ts of the important, inevitable decisions as a business owner. Hopefully you’ll find these words from the wise helpful, and enjoy this weeks episode. Xo

Nobody Cares

Nobody Cares

Although we planned on doing part 3 of the riveting self proclaimed business series, I turned 28 this week, and nostalgia hit me like a freight train. So I decided to pivot, and this weeks episode is an ode to my former self. All the things I wish I'd known as I've moved through the mysterious era of my twenties. There's no rule book, but I do my best to impart some wisdom. We talk about friends, self image, the art of saying no, my trusty vibrator, dating, and to wear more sunscreen. This is the perfect episode for any ladies moving through their twenties, wondering what the hell is going on. The truth is, none of us know what we’re doing, so let’s figure it out together. Enjoy this episode and leave some feedback if you feel so inclined. xo

Content, Customers, & Covid

On this episode, we continue to dive into all things business, with  a part two on the three part business series. If you listened to last week's episode, you heard a bit about my story; how i began, and tips and trips for anyone else at the beginning of their journey. This week, I get even more specific, and go into detail on anything I've learned in the world of social media and content creation; how to gain a following, the importance of consistency, and the does and don'ts of creating content. I also touch on the importance of prioritizing your audience, and speak on some of the lessons I was forced to learn during the dark days of the pandemic. Enjoy the episode and look out for part three dropping next Thursday. xo

Fake it Till You Make it

Fake it Till You Make it

On this week’s episode, we decided to kick off a short series where we talk anything and everything business. Questions and advice on entrepreneurship & business are by far the most frequently asked, and something that, over the years, I've gained quite a bit of experience with. In college, I started Raw & Rebellious, a side hustle that's turned into my full time job. My story is a bumpy one, so I decided to take us all WAY back to wear it all began. This episode gives advice on getting started, noticing your thoughts, the dangers of comparison, what success looks like, the toxicity of the work horse mentality, dealing with copy cats, and much more. So here is part one, with a few more business centered podcasts episodes to follow. If you have any business questions that you’d like us to answer in future episodes, please message them on instagram at @rawintentionspodcast, and you can follow along with my buizzz on instagram as well at @raw_rebellious. Enjoy this episode and let us know what you think! Xo

Beans & Boxed Wine ft. Hanna Dugas

Ah the nomad lifestyle. Traveling always brings me so much joy, and even more so when I stumble upon friends to share in those experiences with. Enter stage left, Hanna Dugas, one of my best friends since moving to Denver. Fitting enough, Hanna and I just returned from back to back travels in Mexico and Aspen. This seems to be a theme in both of our lives; always on the go and down for just about anything. I think that's how we became such close, fast friends; we share a love of exploration, saying yes, and prioritizing travel. So we decided to sit down together and share the tricks of the trade. How to travel for dirt cheap, how to balance work and exploring the world, and tips on how to overcome anxiety. We hope you enjoy this episode as much as we did recording it! Happy listening queens xo

The Old College Try

The Old College Try

Today, I take a solo episode to look back on the good ole days. Ok ok, hold up- my college years weren't THAT long ago. I'm not that old, chill out.  However, I must say, they do seem to be slipping farther and farther away with each passing year. Anyways, it's August, and everyone is headed back to school; so I thought it would be a good opportunity do a little reflecting. How would I have done college differently? What would I do the same? What did I learn in and outside of the classroom? Whether you're starting in college, going back for a new year, or want to feel a little nostalgia for your younger years, this is the episode for you! Laugh, learn, and enjoy episode 9 of Raw Intentions. Xo

Love and Other Drugs ft. Mack & Tony Cuzner

Today we bring you part two of a two part interview with lovers and friends Mack & Tony. They take us on a trip. Ha Ha, get it? Awful joke. Anyways, I sit down with them and continues our riveting conversation all about van life and their travels, while then pivoting to some drug dialogue. Specifically, the ever so lovely ~mushrooms~ M & T, resident experts on the magical fairy dust, break it down for any beginners out there, and talk about their own experiences, what you should expect if you're a first timer, and the best way to have the most beautiful experience possible. The wine and the weed are really flowing in this episode, and the conversations go into the wee hours of the night in all different directions. So enjoy our very candid and increasingly intoxicated chats, and happy tripping yo yo. xo

Two Kids & A Van ft. Mack & Tony Cuzner

Two Kids & A Van ft. Mack & Tony Cuzner

On this week’s episode, I interview my friends Mack & Tony on a wide array of things. We sat and recorded conversations inside a van; a van who’s interior was built from scratch to create a home within the 70 sq. ft walls it provided. They sold all of their belongings, packed their lives and their dog Dixie, and hit the road for a year and a half of full van life adventures. Mack and Tony not only share advice on purchasing your own van, and building it from scratch (which they lovingly named Chicken Legs), but also share relationship advice, funny stories from their travels, and Kardashian gossip. These conversations were fueled with copious amounts of Cab Sav and Mary Jane, and went into the wee hours of the night. So, for timesake and to pair with our ever so shrinking attention spans, we split this episode into 2 parts. You can listen and laugh with part one here, and part two will drop next Thursday. Enjoy the episode xo

If you'd like to follow along with our guests, you can find them on instagram here: @mackfloyd_ and @toneloc35 are their personal accounts, and their van account is @chickenlegs_thevan.

Boys Lie & Hot Girls Cry

Boys Lie & Hot Girls Cry

So many of us are on the dating scene; trying time and time again to put ourselves out there and find "the one." Although dating and being single can be endlessly fun and silly, it can also be really hard. On today's episode, Raw Intentions discusses rejection, heartache, and the ugly sides of the dating game. I've had countless experiences rejecting and being rejected throughout my life, but a recent experience had me turned sideways. I share my own recent experiences with the depths and heaviness that rejection involves, as well as things I did to navigate that temporary time in my life and come out on the other side. I also touch on how to be there for a friend when they're having sad girl hours, and how to know when you're ready to cannonball into the dating pool once more. Thank you for being here, and remember- you're not alone in your sadness, dating is HARD and having feelings is cool. Always here if you need a friend, and I hope this episode makes you feel less alone. Enjoy episode 6, and let us know what you think! I also talk a lot about ways to ensure you're looking out for your own happiness and state of mind. Which to sum it up, means through your phone in a ditch and then run over it with your car. Mirror Mirror, on the Wall ft. Baylie & Emily Beebe

Mirror Mirror, on the Wall ft. Baylie & Emily Beebe

In today's episode, we continue the conversation from last week with my lovely friends and sisters, Baylie & Emily Beebe. This is part two of a two parter, because conversations were so juicy and full of information, so check out "Date Your Friends & Be Ballsy" to catch the first part. Today, we chat all about social anxiety, ways to overcome it, and how to listen to your body and push yourself when necessary, as well as cut yourself some slack when you need a break. A continuation of last weeks episode about making friends and putting yourself out there, we each share various experiences, and how we've learned to cope and get comfortable in the uncomfortable moments. Thanks so much for the love & support, and hope y'all enjoy the episode! Xo

Date Your Friends & Be Ballsy ft. Baylie & Emily Beebe

Date Your Friends & Be Ballsy ft. Baylie & Emily Beebe

In this episode, I invite my dear friends Baylie & Emily Beebe, to come chat with me as my first ever guests on the podcast. On a roadtrip back to Denver from Aspen, I asked the car their opinions on various subjects that I planned on discussing on this weeks episode. Well, their insight was so, well... insightful, that I decided I needed their help telling the story on the mic. The conversations were so juicy and full of information, I decided to make it a two-parter. Today, we deep dive into all things friends. Moving to a new city, friendships and navigating them as they change from college to your 20's, making new friends and tangible ways to do that, and so much more. With tons of stories, laughs, advice, and Deborah being the absolute GOAT, you're going to want to give this one a listen. Thanks so much for the love & support, and hope y'all enjoy the episode! Xo

Sexy Girls are Selfish Girls

Sexy Girls are Selfish Girls

The first real life episode. Well the second I guess, but still! Scary! Today, I take a deep dive into not only what it means to be single, but also how to make the most of this season of your life. I've become the resident expert on this single stage of life, as I've been single for the majority of my twenties. I want to empower you, and give you the tools to help you find the many positive things that your temporary relationship status allows. I get it sister; I can empathize with what you may or may not feel about your current solitude, because any thought or feeling you've had, I probably have too. So allow me to use my own life experiences to guide you, with the hopes that you leave feeling understood, validated, and excited to try to make the most of it all. It won't last forever, so make it count! Enjoy this episode, and please forgive us for the poor audio quality. We'll get better I promise. Oh, and don't forget to follow us on @rawintentionspodcast on instagram, and slide into our dms with any thoughts, feelings, or ideas xo

Testing Testing

Hola everyone, and welcome to the first officially official episode of Raw Intentions. Sarah Smyth here, and I can't wait to share this passion project with y'all. I say y'all, I'm not sure if anyone will listen, other than my roommates dog and my mom. Although mom, if you're reading this, you're not allowed to be here so go away (respectfully). Today is just a little teaser of what's to come, so I give you my little elevator pitch and tell you why I want to have a podcast in the first place. I have zero plans for this, and can't wait to see it take on a life of it's own. Would love for y'all to subscribe to us, as we'll be doing weekly episodes, and leave us a lil rate and review if you feel so inclined. You can follow along on instagram too at @rawintentionspodcast- where I would love any feedback or ideas of subjects you'd like discussed. The sky is the limit! We'll have solo episodes and lots of fun guests in the future. A very raw, totally unfiltered creative outlet that has been years in the making. I'm excited to grow in this community and connect with all of you amazing people, and I can't thank you enough for being here. So without further adieu, my podcast!

Sarah xo
