As we enter the new academic year, Prof. Noam Weisbrod, the Director of the Jacob Blaustein Institutes for Desert Research (BIDR), spoke exclusively to BGU Radio in our Sede Boker Campus studio about growing up, why he chose to come to BIDR, his research and his leadership. Welcome to Sede Boker Campus at Ben Gurion University of the Negev!  In this podcast, we interview Ms. Eliana Ben Sheleg from the Albert Katz International School for Desert Studies (AKIS) and Ms. Sarit Koma from the Ben Gurion Research Institute for the Study of Israel and Zionism (BGRI). International summer course at Ben Gurion University - IBEX and Elizabeth

International summer course at Ben Gurion University - Live party with Indian students

Spring edition 2019
 The show this week hosts the Beatnik, an Israeli rock band whose performance at the 50th anniversary of Woodstock festival was so phenomenal that we had to have them over for the SB Campus Spring Party! Also, the 49th Board of Governor's meeting was held on the Sede Boker Campus, and we interviewed Max Gitter (a member of the Board from New York), Orli Gold-Haklay (BGU Dept. of Donor and Associates Affairs), and former Minister of Education Aharon Yadlin, under whose tenure the Ben Gurion University of the Negev was established. Finally, we learn more from Dr. Anat Rosenthal (BGU, Israel) and Dr. Julie Trottier (CNSR, France) about their fascinating research who were here at the SIDEER students conference. Fabulous Phoebe and a New Surprising Crop
 SB Campus Radio hosts Phoebe, an International student at Ben Gurion University from China. We also learn about a new surprising crop and if we'll be able it soon on our dinner tables from our conversations with Dr. Oren Shelef, who recently returned his postdoc research at the University of Nevada, Reno.
