Aytch Denaro is a social worker serving transgender youth and Tovah Fairshot is an education and behavior expert who consults with school districts across Washington State.  Tovah is also a consultant with Continua Consulting Group.  Our discussion provides insight from two experts on how best as educators we can best support LGBTQAI+ youth.  

A discussion with Dr. Vargas about mentoring, Social Psychology. Dr. Vargas provides a historical and social psychological perspective to the pedagogical approach which some refer to as "Critical Race Theory."
