I talk about wanting to give up and why I chose not to. Again, I am cutting celery in this episode so you will hear chopping over my voice. Bear with me for the first 2 minutes or so.

Sounds crazy, but it's helped me make better decisions and get things off my chest that needed to be said despite not having a physical audience. Many ideas have been forgotten, as well. Here is the November Full Moon meditation.

Sometimes known as the Beaver Moon, the Full Frost Moon, or the Mourning Moon, this month's full moon is spiritually associated with personal change, inner reflection, and letting go of old things.

The Mourning Moon is your opportunity to prepare for future growth by identifying the habits, relationships, and modes of living that you still maintain, even though they no longer serve you.

At this time the sun is in Sagittarius and sitting exactly opposite the sun, is the Moon in the sign of Gemini. So, these are the two energies we are being offered to work with this full moon.

Sagittarius, the Archer, is the ninth sign of the zodiac and the third sign of the Fire element triplicity. This freedom-loving sign is ruled by Jupiter, Lord of Fortune and Expansion. The vibration of Sagittarius centers around expansion in all forms especially expansion beyond the logical mind.

Gemini, the twins, is the third sign in the zodiac and the first sign in the Air element triplicity. Gemini is ruled by Mercury, the messenger of gods, a deity that carries information from one level of existence to the other, from one person to another, and learns how to practically incorporate knowledge into everyday choices.
Gemini energy is about duality and is represented by the twins, or the ego and the soul.

Gemini represents the light and the dark, the good and the bad, the masculine and feminine, the Ying and the Yang. Sagittarius also represents duality, with the Archer, the half man/ half animal. We all have these two sides of us, and they are necessary in order to make it through the world. The key is to find balance.

Gemini Full Moon will help you find your truth and expose any blocks or barriers that may be holding you back from living in your fullest power. The invitation for the meditation in Sagittarius this month is to focus on learning stillness and managing the energy of fire and air. When used effectively, this same energy can be a spark for expanding consciousness.
