How to improve your strength and fitness training 150% in 2022

This podcast is all about how you can increase your fitness training results in the gym by 150% When it comes to training it’s very important to have the right training frequency. A maximum of four times a week has been scientifically shown to have the greatest improvement in your gym workouts. Charlie Francis Ben Johnson trainer said if you’re not improving by 1% in your strength training sessions you’re doing something completely wrong Charles Poliquin strength and conditioning coach in 200 sports to 400 athletes said if you’re spending more than an hour in the gym you’re making friends not training when it comes to exercise no more than five unless you’re doing a pacific program that you can see you’re getting results from but really physiological load Is really important especially if you’re in pain the higher the physiological load of your workouts or exercise program the more you will be in pain. So with my clients maximum is five exercise least is two exercises Charles Poliquin says that you need to deserve your carbohydrates what you put inside your mouth can harm you and what comes out of your mouth can harm you. I’ve been using the Metabolic typing diet with my clients since 2004 And I found it to work every time so are you a carbohydrate time are you a protein type or are you a mix type we can tell this from your physique but really you need to get tested.
M To find out what time you really are So if your food is not correct all the fuel you’re putting inside your body you can’t expect to get optimum results well not 150% anyway if your food is great and you have no food allergies and no other problems with your gut then the 150% is achievable. Remember that the program you have is just as important as the exercise you’re doing all the supplements or diet you’re on it’s the complete program no program means you’re training to fail and your training on sand instead of cement. I found that working with kettle bells are definitely got stronger definitely look Lena end and enjoy to the max. Stretching or not to stretch before or after your workout is a big mistake if you’re not doing it before stretching and warming up before you workout is probably the best thing you could ever do for your body helping to increase flexibility and movement and warm in your body up before you exercise is an absolute must if you sit in an office chair for more than one hour you will stand up your legs your calves and your back and neck may feel tight so if you Going straight into exercise without warming up or stretching you’re setting yourself up for an injury if you look at every animal in nature they all move warmup and stretch before they do their activities as we are human beings we get lazy we do not Warm up our bodies before we exercise there is things been said in the industry that you should warm up because primal man wouldn’t warm up before he killed the animal or had to run away but we are now in the 21st-century with a more and lazier than ever before And nobody knows what caveman was doing 2000 years ago because none of us are that old set an argument is completely wrong where people are saying they shouldn’t stretch before they work out I’ve been working out for over 30 years and I found it to be hugely beneficial to warmup stretch only the muscles that need it I don’t to stretch a muscle just for the sake of it and with my clients I do an orthopaedic assessment to make sure we’re stretching the right muscles especially if they have pain in the in the book stretching by Bob Anderson and The Book motor Lane and performance they all agree that stretching his 100% important but what you have to remember some people may need to stretch the quad muscle and some people may not believe they’ve had no assessment they’ve got no way of knowing it’s a really important for you to get an assessment done for your exercise program or for you to get into the habit of doing certain stretches at work at home in the evening in the morning or after any strenuous work and you will find that you will feel more relaxed Get less injured and your every day performance will be higher

This podcast is all about budget gyms are they good for personal trainers to work in or not my experience of working in Energise fitness in Putney London I found the gym to be spacious but were very old equipment not as up-to-date as many members would like when the gym got too busy there wasn’t enough staff 90.9% of members had no program as in Exercise program I found the simplest of equipment to be not even pumped up and ready for use for a gym that has a membership base of 900 I found the management to be very arrogant and quite ignorant to many things in his own gym him being the franchise owner he liked to rent and rave at people if he was having a bad day I found a staff to be very friendly and nice but very low educated Because they’ve started in the industry I found the members to be really nice and friendly but unfortunately the management let it down Many of the staff wasn’t paid they will give him the promise of getting new personal training clients which four out of 5 PTs found it very hard to manage a brat to me that he had 40 personal training clients which Visa franchisee owner why not but if you’re trying to get PTs personal trainers to pay you £700 a month how can I when the managers got the bulk of the clients when only 3% of people in the gym with Personal Training and with the economy Not been very good this could be another reason why the trainers were finding it hard as I was leaving the new trainer was starting and three trainers left in the two weeks I was there so I could see this was a recipe for failure so it was time for me to leave listen to all of the podcast and give your own view by commenting down below if you agree or disagree

The term originated from Greek mythology, where the young Narcissus fell in love with his own image reflected in a pool of water.
  •  Ego is the psychological component of the personality that is represented by our conscious decision-making process. The id is the instinctual, biological component , and the superego is the social component of our personality and conscience .

Anorexia is an eating disorder and serious mental health condition.

People who have anorexia try to keep their weight as low as possible by not eating enough food or exercising too much, or both. This can make them very ill because they start to starve.

They often have a distorted image of their bodies, thinking they are fat even when they are underweight.

Men and women of any age can get anorexia, but it's most common in young women and typically starts in the mid-teens.

In my nearly 40 years of experience of working out in gym. is all over the world.I found there to be gym.    Idiot in every single one of them The same with his plane idiots when you fly.But really with the gym.You need to remember that they have Air con systems that don’t clean the air properly so somebody is sneezing coughing and farting it’s regurgitating the air and spilling it around the gym, so the chances of you picking up coronavirus, is higher.The other thing is I’ve noticed around the world is that many dreams are not cleaned thoroughly they employ one person expecting them to clean 60 or 70 machines Dumbbells barbells and cable machines.This doesn’t really work neither because people coming at different times and because they’re short staffed the guy may forget to clean. the machine that’s just been used.So unless you’re in an open air gym. the chances of you picking up something is quite high I think it was great that America close down all the gyms but they have not done it in the UK which to me is extremely stupid So in the sauna is in the gym is it the floor be cleaned but the wooden slats won’t be in the steam room they will clean the benches off once at the end of the night that’s even if they do it and the same with the cleanliness of the floors they will only be done once at the end of the day normally when the cleaner has time So this is why I chose the self isolate and Training doors not in any gym because of the coronaviruses 50% stronger than any other flu or disease that we’ve had over the last few years the influenza flu killed 50 million people this is much stronger than that this is why you need to educate yourself to train outside in the fresh air or at home here some vitamins and minerals you can take to boost your immune system

If you’re a gym rat or a gym bunny you may be missing training or are you maybe not want to stop training in the gym because it coronavirus but he is very important to remember the coronavirus is 50% stronger than any flu we are in a pandemic so I believe it’s really important to avoid circuit classes group exercise and some one-to-one training until the pandemic Is over Many gyms in the UK are not hygienically clean like they used to be many gyms cut corners on staff and the staff may not have the time in which to clean the equipment thoroughly so you don’t pick up the coronavirus many gyms in the UK don’t have windows that are open they have artificial are with air-conditioning This may Give you the coronavirus sitting in the steam or sauna to try and get rid of the coronavirus would be very selfish when the coronavirus is 50% stronger then the normal flu this is not just propaganda by the media this is proven science so protect yourself by taking I towel into the gym clean your own equipment before and after working out make sure you stay away from the crowds of people and do not do any classes because the people are too close together and you’re all breathing Heavy so the chances of you picking up the coronavirus from somebody that is infected is quite high high say train outside or inside your own home make sure you sanitise all your equipment in your hands it’s always better to be safe than sorry
