Way back in 2021, the original server we were using to host the first 60+ episodes of KEEP THE DREAM FLOWING mysteriously vanished, and the episodes, while never technically unavailable, became harder to find once we migrated to a new server. We are pleased and proud to begin the long-overdue task of migrating the episodes over to the new server, to have them all in the same place at last!

Well well! After a break following the 50th Anniversary festivities, we are back with a very special guest – Cosmic Boogie master and drummer for Tim Hardin at Woodstock, MURUGA BOOKER! Muruga shares all kinds of wisdom with us, from his experiences at Woodstock with Tim, his life-changing meeting with Swami Satchidananda and his spiritual pursuits! Wonders await!

Happy spring, everyone! In this episode, Jack, Johnny and Erin interview Woodstock attendee and true believer, Bill Pellegrini, aka Tao Jones! To put it mildly, bill had his life changed at Woodstock, and he is a staunch defender of the central Woodstock ideology. This is a different but VERY interesting conversation! Part one of two!

With spring just around the corner, how about an interview that stretches back some 54 years? In this episode, we dig into our Woodstock audio archives to bring you this rare interview of Michael Wadleigh and Bob Maurice, the director and producer of the 1970 Woodstock documentary film! Nancy is more than a bit of a health guru and has lots of useful information to impart here. Oh yeah, did we mention that she also attended Woodstock and has a great story to tell? This one is VIBRANT!!

KEEP THE DREAM FLOWING RETURNS! After a hiatus, we are BACK!! Our first new episode in a while is a wickedly cool thing – we have an interview with our friend STEVE KATZ, former guitarist with Woodstock giants BLOOD, SWEAT & TEARS and head honcho of THE BLUES PROJECT! In this episode, Steve talks about the essential new BS&T documentary WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO BLOOD, SWEAT & TEARS? which has been playing in theaters of late and will soon be available on streaming platforms! The film documents the band’s 1970 U.S. State Department-sponsored/forced goodwill tour behind the Iron Curtain and explores the backlash the band got as a result of the tour. It’s a must watch!!

As Michael Lang‘s assistant, Ticia was intimately involved in the creation of the Woodstock Music and Art Fair, and can fairly be considered one of the most important figures in the history of the festival. She has so many great stories to share, and in this episode, we get to hear just a precious few of them. This is the second of two episodes, and those are two of our best and most important!

Greasers, Unite! In this episode we continue our exploration of the roots with SHA NA NA with two people crucial to the creation of the band, brothers GEORGE and ROB LEONARD! George not only conceived of Sha Na Na, but he choreographed the original act! Rob was a founding member and the original vocalist for the group (and also was friendly with Janis Joplin, as we hear about!). This is the second part of a sensational and informative two-parter!
