How to Open a Dive Shop with NO $$$ before age 30... It's easier than you think! - The Host gets interviewed: James Carbary interviews Kenny Dyal
James Carbary of Sweetfish Media interviews Kenny Dyal on dive training, dive business, why he loves it, and what happens next.  Ken started a dive shop from scratch, built it to success, and sold it less than 5 years later, all before turning 35. He now hosts The Scuba Diving Podcast and Channel interview show & produces Down to 60 video series through the creation of Sweetwater Scuba, a dive media company.  He is also the author of the kids books "How to Become a Scuba Diver" recently released (after this interview took place). It's available in select bookstores, dive shops, and Amazon. Ken believes the industry could easily be MUCH larger, if only the public had better access to simplified information, and we make it easier for them to enter this world.

How Scuba Diving can actually help sustain HAPPINESS in life! -with Don Bouer
Just walking into the back yard (or is it the front yard?) of Don Bouer's home, I knew this was something special.  A resident parrot is perched just behind me throughout the interview, while the Daytona Bike Week migration roars in the background.  A group of his friends rolled up in a giant RV while we were recording...apparently they're regulars.  Dive gear is strung along clothes lines throughout the jungle-slash-garden of palm trees and old scuba tank lined pathways. Sea buoys and other maritime structures guard old boats that appear to be a mix of lawn ornaments and functional, working vessels.  Don is 75, an active scuba instructor, trains local water and marine rescue, and above all is ALWAYS happy to meet people and loads of fun to be around.  This is a genuinely unique interview, with some of the hardest-hitting life lessons for both divers and non-divers alike!
