Hello every One!  Well, I have a surprisingly Magical and especially Motive-A-Sean all Monday Edition for You today because the Courts have FINALLY responded to My Motion!!!  Although I cannot be sure, I Trust this is the result of My recent follow up with the Ministry of the Attorney General.  Defense counsel Will have an opportunity to respond to the Motion, otherwise, I am instructed to prepare My Motion Record and a 'Clean Draft Order'.  I Will be tall King about that in future episodes, for now We are celebrating a Victorious Action (We have now proved that You CAN reverse a Judge's Order by challenging the Court).

Hello every One, and welcome to the Kingdom of God Podcasting of Magic.  I've been away for a bit, enjoying the silence in My Microcosm and doing a little more quiet research of My own.  My Pro Vision is [finally] in Focus, as I've made a couple more subtle but powerful realizations (or Real Eyes-A-Sean's) about some of the legal terms Canada uses...  Like 'Provision'.  A provision is a 'stipulation' in a contract that does not need proof or validation, it is presumed to be a factual obligation on its face!  This is big, folks, and My Focus is always on 'Folk Us'.  What is Good for One must be Good for all.

Hey peeps, thanks for stopping by!  Today's show is a bit of a mixed bag as I have a lot on My Mind and just trying to strategize My next move and sort out some of My thoughts.

My Magical Motion to Vacate the Order and Suspend the Judge has been Cast into the Macrocosm at 7:37 this day.  I am tall King about how it feels to Write a Court and Order them to Vacate an Order and Suspend a Judge, and what I anticipate in reply.  Still very optimistic, simply due to the Nature of My arguments.

Hey everyone!  This Podcast was kind of a surprise because I was not expecting to wake up today feeling so fabulous.  I've had some time to consider and reflect on all the 'Tricks' that have been played by defense counsel in My Claim, and I am feeling better about it than ever!  So I'm just sharing some inspirational thoughts with You today about what I am thing King 'might' be going on (behind the scenes).

More reflective than informative, but definitely a little more of an uplifting and inspirational perspective on Canada's courts and how well 'they' (the Courts) have been treating Me throughout this 'nonsense' by defense.  Enjoy!!!

Hello every One and welcome to a Truly Fabulous Friday Free Verse Edition.  My Statement of Claim has officially got legs!  Yes, it was determined by the Ministry of the Attorney General on behalf of the Ontario Superior Courts of Justice that defense Will be compelled to defend My Claim in accordance with the Rules of Civil Procedure.  It is a very diplomatic Way of letting Me know that the Statement of Claim is NOT frivolous and vexatious 'on its face', and that defense Will have to provide additional information to substantiate a Motion to dismiss, and I Will be Given fair Notice of any Motion and ample time to defend and Present My arguments to defend My position.  Very Good day for Me, not such a great day for Housing Services.  Oh, and My housing subsidy is also officially approved!

*Correction - At one point in the call I am tall King about the city shutting down the Salvation Army - it was the [Salvation Army] Chapel that got shut down, not the Salvation Army.

Hello every One, an exciting edition today as I am tall King about My first video conference correspondence with the city of Ottawa's legal counsel Genevieve Langlais.  As anticipated, the city of Ottawa has filed a Motion to Dismiss My Statement of Claim as frivolous and vexatious.  I am tall King about My thoughts and intuition regarding the Matter, and the 'concern' of city staff being named in the Claim.

Hello every One.  Today I am tall King about Shoppers Drug Mart Corporation going into default and the Default Judgment 'Nihil Dicit, Res Judicata' which Will be filed against them.  I am also tall King about why I will NOT be filing a claim against them into the Superior Court for the $1 million I am as King them for in compensation.

Renewal package was also handed to the city of Ottawa's legal counsel, and I am also tall King about where Canada provides for remedy of violations of the United Nations Charter on Civil and Political Rights.  

The city of Ottawa finally responds to the Notice of Criminal Liability, Housing Renewal package finally arrives, and the city's legal counsel, Genevieve Langlais confirms that the renewal package was not mailed out to Me until June 16th (two days before I was expected to have it returned).

Tall King a little more about My after thoughts on My Statement of Claim, the Ombudsman, and what I am expecting from the city of Ottawa in response to that claim.  I am also tall King a little about who accepts liability for corporations, as Shoppers Drug Mart Will be in default judgement this coming week (June 22nd).  Is the franchisee liable, or the corporate franchise (Shoppers Drug Mart Corporation)?

It's an especially inspired, Magical Podcast!  I receive a reply from Housing Services, I am tall King about the important symbolism of mythical vampires, and another Letters Out Loud segment, this time it's the very first letter I ever sent to any government service agent I'm actually dealing with after having sent off My Cestui Que Vie three months earlier.  It's a super, Magically inspired Edition with a lot of interesting content I think any One Will appreciate - enjoy!!!

An introduct-Sean to 'Lucky' Wednesday.  Our thoughts are Creative, so if We decide a day Will be Lucky, then the Universe tends to align things to make it so.  Today My 'Lucky' Wednesday provides some potential solutions to My critical housing situation.

I am thing King the Title of today's Post says it all.  I place another government office on Notice of Criminal Liability for Uttering Threats and Trespass Upon My Inherent rights.

So what does One do after Creating a new legal and lawful personality?  What does it mean to enjoy the right of self determination?  What does One do if they do not receive a reply to their Notice?  

An update on My microcosm, a full review of My current position with respect to Canada's government and [more importantly] elected officials representing various positions of office in Canada.

Notice of liability is the first due process of Law.  Tonight I am tall King about some of the individuals and organizations that have been placed on Notice in My microcosm, how it stopped power of sale against My Father's Estate and why One should consider Creating their own international Publication to represent their new position of office.

Today I'm tall King about whatever is on My Mind; the recent change of heart Facebook has announced with respect to the origins of SarsCoV2, Canada as King of the RCC for an apology after finding the remains of many children buried beneath an old school, and the disingenuous approach Canada's health care professionals are taking in regards to the various vaccines that prevent physicians from disclosing alternative remedies in violation of their oath as healthcare providers.

This Show quickly touches on a couple of the essential details One should include in their Declaration of Life and also discusses why I believe every One should make an official Declaration for the Purpose of their Life, even if they have no intention of making any dramatic changes to their lifestyle right away.

Today I review the other two Letters included with the Cestui Que Vie, the original Notice to Canada's Registrar General for Birth, Marriage and Death Certificates, and My statement of defense against to the unlawful arrest perpetrated by the Toronto Police in 2010.  I also discuss why I am as King for monetary compensation when I have no real interest in claiming it.
