On the 109th episode of the Seattle Foodie Podcast, we chat with owner and chef, Traci Calderon, of the Atrium Kitchen at Pike Place Market. Traci has been running Atrium Kitchen since 2017 and pre-pandemic, Chef Traci catered, taught cooking classes, and fed the neighborhood through her Nourished Neighborhood program. Listen in as Chef Traci tells us how she got started as a chef and how she's had to pivot the Atrium Kitchen's business model during these past several months. In addition, Monica and Nelson recap the week, which featured lunch at Andare at the Hyatt Hotel in Downtown Seattle. Andare just recently reopened after several months. On the 108th episode of the Seattle Foodie Podcast, we're chatting with Seattle Food Instagrammer, Garrett Lee (@illeatists). Garrett is known for his behind the scenes videos as he goes into kitchens and documents the creation of your favorite dishes. He's also been working on several pop-ups, so stay tuned for those. Listen in as we talk with Garrett about what it's like to film with cooks, what it's like to run a pop-up, and where he likes to dine in the Seattle area.  In addition, Monica and Nelson take a ferry ride out to Bainbridge Island to check out Ba Sa Restaurant. That's right, our show turns 2 years old and we can't thank you enough for all the support these past two years! On this episode, we look back and tell you our Top 10 most favorite meals and dishes we've eaten these together these past two years. Shiela's food photography wows us all with her storytelling and "mood" photography style seen in many food magazines and prints. She is one of the best at what she does in the Seattle area and we had the opportunity to talk to her about her photography style, tips for how you can create your own home studio yourself, and how she got into recipe development. On the 93rd episode of the Seattle Foodie Podcast, it's a host-ful episode. It's just us this week, no interviews, no extra segments, all unadulterated all the time! Tune in as we both talk about reality TV food shows, making Breakfast foods, Monica's first road trip in the past three months, and  her weekly mocking of Nelson as well as the regular food fare.  This week, we got a special delivery from Ellenos Greek Yogurt as they delivered each of us samples of their new Limited Edition Seasonal Key Lime Pie Flavor.
