Sometimes, I see news about natural disasters in the Philippines and don't hear about it from my OFS team. They're so used to it that they've learned to prepare for it and bounce back as soon as possible.
So, I asked my team what makes them so resilient and prepared for typhoons, earthquakes, etc. I'll share their response with you in this episode.

The Philippines experiences a lot of natural disasters. Typhoons, volcanoes, and earthquakes happen to them every year.
But the great thing about Filipinos is that they recover quickly. They're so used to natural disasters they adapt and find ways.  This is what makes them resourceful and reliable workers.

I've noticed over the years that my OFS "don't like" going on vacations.
They do go on vacations. They have unlimited vacation time. But they rarely ask for it. They even work on days they should be on vacation.
