In this time of uncertainty and in this new way of operating we need to take time to take care of our mental and emotional well being. We hope this meditation can be a tool to do just that. Allow yourself to be guided by the vibration of the drum, gongs, and crystal bowls.

Enjoy this sound meditation. Feel free get comfortable, this is best enjoyed with headphones.
