It's healthy to have an ambition to pursue your potential, as long as you also have the balance that you accept what you have already done as enough to make you happy. Your value doesn't exist in what you're trying to do, it's within who you presently are. This is an important point from Chalene Johnson, our next interview guest.

Whether you’re happy or not with the way your life is going today, it will continue to stay the same unless you do something different. What got you here won't get you there. And the previous associations you've had that have served you may no longer be serving you in the same way.
One of those associations I had was CBD based products, and with the generosity of SKARA in supporting Peace Players, I decided to give it a try. You can too at 15% off using the promo code "peaceplayers" at checkout on www.shopskara.com.
Making the pass is doing the unselfish thing. It's putting the team in front of yourself, and getting others involved in the game. I invite you to make the pass with me to support underserved youth. $142 gets a deserving kid into Peace Players Summer Camp where they can develop critical team-working skills, be exposed to new ideas, and benefit from the structure and guidance offered by sports.
You can donate today at https://peaceplayers.networkforgood.com/projects/103689-peaceplayers-united-states. And guess what? If you donate then you can receive access to the Greatness Accelerator Program for free! All you have to do is send me your confirmation email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Let's make the pass!
It's not enough to just write down a goal. You need a plan to systematically identity what your goal is, how you'll measure your progress, and what you'll do to make progress. If you've set a goal and failed to reach it, then I encourage you to look into something I've created. It's called the Greatness Accelerator Program, and all proceeds will be donated to charity. That's abundance! You can make a difference by investing in yourself.
Send me an email to email@example.com with the subject line "Goals" to learn more about the program and the benefiting charity! Your support with this would mean the world to me.
Every morning, just like a phone or laptop or electronic that isn't working effectively, I turn my brain off. Of course I restart it, but now with a fresh and improved ability to approach ideas and problems.
Have you ever noticed how creators and entrepreneurs are just a little different? They seem to live on the extremes and have a hot-cold relationship with a lot of things. In this interview, Jessica Carson dives into why that is, the underlying psychology of it, and shares a few nuggets from her new book "Wired This Way".

Dan Pallotta has disrupted the non-profit sector because of one simple premise - He dared to dream big. Not only that, but he encouraged non-profits to dream big as well and get the support they deserve.
It is very difficult to understand the non-profit world at first glance, but Dan has done an excellent job helping people know how to evaluate and support different charities. He recently released a book called "The Everyday Philanthropist" that details everything you need to know about your own charitable habits, and how they interact with non-profits.
Dan is probably best known for his record setting Ted Talk "The way we think about charity is dead wrong". If you're interested in learning more about helping others through philanthropy, I highly suggest you check out Dan's work.
