186. 10 things that make it easy for me to eat healthy when I travel (and not gain weight!)
Travel is one of my highest values, and itās important to me to have a lifestyle that supports it. My food boundaries are also super important to me. We all know that being outside of your normal home element can make it feel more challenging to eat in a way that honors yourself while traveling.
I was talking with a few different clients about this recently, and between helping them with nutrition support ideas for their travel, and having my own while I travel, I thought Iād share these same tips with you today too!

184. What's right vs. what's loving
Have you ever felt torn between doing the "right" thing and doing what feels loving? Have you done what you felt obligated to do, what you "should" do, or what you were told was right, even though your body and/or your intuition were telling you otherwise?

- Releasing the question of what's right and instead asking the question of what's loving
- Why they are truly the same thing when we look at the idea of situational ethics and Love being the original foundation of all laws and rules
- Why we completely miss the point when we follow the rules or expectations without love
- How doing what's not loving for yourself is actually not even truly loving to others anyway

One of the most helpful things I've learned on my journey of coming home to my Intuition is to understand MY specific kind of Intuition according to my human design, and on this episode, intuitive therapist Nadia Last is breaking down the different types.

I grew up in a really high control religion. While I donāt ever want to make any broad sweeping statements about religion in general, I can let you know that my personal experience caused a lot of harm AND it left me with many beautiful gifts.

178. Why does Intuition matter?
In my last round of group coaching, Rewild Your Wellness, we had one week dedicated to rewilding our Intuition. In our live Zoom gathering, we took a little poll to ask each person, How connected do you feel to your intuition? On a scale of 1-10, with 1 being completely disconnected and 10 being completely connected, where would you rank yourself?
There were a few people including me who rated themselves pretty highly 8-10, but everyone else said 2s, 3s, 4s.
This wasnāt surprising to me but still broke my heart.
Why are most of us disconnected from our Intuition?

Being "out of alignment" is always the root cause of our problem, and the misalignment can be biological, psychological, social, and/or spiritual, and often all of them.
