When doing TOO much for others causes YOU to burnout
What I loved most about this chat most was how Linda shares some fantastic tips on how to treat ourselves with the same love and attention as we do others.  Moms, caregivers and entrepreneurs give so much of themselves to others and often we forget about giving to ourselves.  I know that personally I have found it hard to give myself the same love, time and attention that I give to my children, my spouse and the rest of my family.  Linda's tips help you to put this into perspective and helps you to shift your mindset. Linda can be contacted via her website www.lindasage.com

What is your Reason to Breathe?
This podcast interview literally took my breath away.  Sarah Ross made a decision to end her life, she set her expiry date and went about her life with that in mind, ticking off items on her bucket list along the way.  Little did she know that one of those bucket list items would change her life forever and give her a 'Reason to Breathe'.  Sarah can be contacted via her website http://www.yourreasontobreathe.com/ or Facebook or Linked in.

And they said there was no cure!
Within one year Brenda's life changed from having a successful, busy exciting career and social life to what felt like to her, a living death.  Bed-bound for 8 years, unable to walk, talk, watch TV, listen to radio or even bear sunlight or the slightest noise.  The medical profession told her there was no cure.  She tried every alternative and conventional cure until finally after she retrained her brain, she was cured in 3 days!   Within weeks she was driving around Europe, skiing, skydiving, walking over the top of O2 and has recently Wing Walked on a vintage plane You can contact Brenda via her Facebook Page https://www.facebook.com/Brendacameronlifecoach/

Melissa Howard had it all. Looking from the outside in, you would say she had the dream life, a fantastic job that paid well, a place of her own, a car, no stresses, no worries.  But..... Melissa did not feel happy.  We speak to her about her 'aha' moment, the moment she decided that her life had to change and when she realised that she was the only person who could make that change.
