Becoming Aware
The majority of our thoughts and actions are on autopilot. The problem is when we’re on autopilot for so long, we forget we’re on autopilot. Because when we’re not aware of our own life, then we no longer control it—it control us. So in this episode, the founder of 3seed training Harp Grewal and I create a space for you to be mindful of life without any attachment to it being right or wrong/good or bad.

It's Okay Not To Be Okay
Sometimes it feels like social media says you should always be happy, and that showing your sadness is a sign of weakness. Ciara Rose and I disagree. You're allowed to change your mind, to take a break or leave a situation you don't feel comfortable in. You are also allowed to not be okay. This episode is for those who are struggling with mental illness and/or grief, dealing with this pressure to always seem happy.

Inhale Confidence, Exhale Self Doubt
There is a common misconception that confidence is something you either have or you don’t. But confidence isn’t something you’re born with; it’s something you build through adversity or as I like to call it A Tower Moment. Imran Rai is back and ready to empower women about self-confidence in a social media-driven society. She shows us the light you see in her which is shining right within you. This episode is about self-assurance to reassure you in however it is needed.

The Tower Moment
The Tower card in a spiritual reading represents a moment where everything is successfully falling apart. You might unexpectedly lose yourself, lose a job, get dumped, or have a massive fallout with family or a friend. ( Can be anything) You might feel completely hopeless, completely lost and perhaps even depressed. In this episode, we learn how to identify a tower moment, or what that even looks like as someone who preaches self-love.

You Need To Lose To Find Yourself
It’s the oldest story we know: "One day you're single, living your best life. But then you meet someone… and you end up losing yourself in them.”  We Self Love Loungers are good at prioritizing ourselves when it's just us. But then life comes along and steals the spotlight that we are too free to give. So, just like many of us, Marie Stella lost so much during the pandemic and found her purpose in the chaos of life and now the spotlight.

How to Heal a Trauma ( You Didn't Even Know About)
CW’s 90210 as Naomi Clark, AnnaLynne McCord Introduces us to the concept of Inner Child Work. Every adult has an inner child. It's that small part of you that just never grew up. The good news: in this episode, Annalynne and I get real about asking questions. Why are we here? Why do we matter? And the truth is, you’ll find it when you are ready to find it whether it's in this episode today or 5 years from now. You'll find it yourself.

Identity Crisis, Dating, & Breaking The Glass Ceiling
Sometimes we may pretend to be somebody else and somehow we forget who we truly are.  Now, when we do start dating or experience heartbreak, we may minimize ourselves for the convenience of others. Nadia Jagessar who runs her own event management company named Euphoria, and who's become a fan favourite throughout the first season of Netflix's newest reality dating series "Indian Matchmaking," and I talk about the importance of taking up space and never settling for anything less than what we know we truly deserve.

Goodbye
It is so hard to say goodbye—until you actually commit to it. Sometimes you have to allow yourself to break down so you can build yourself back up. This episode is a reminder to let you know that you can't start a new chapter if you keep re-reading the last one that no longer serves you. If this resonates within your heart then this episode is for you.

Self-Education is Self-Empowerment
It’s the ability to understand emotions, thoughts and feelings within yourself and others for me. We are all aware of the inner-critic. The inner-critic is our worst self, it speaks from a place of fear we inherited from an external force. This episode reminds us that self-love at its core is free; it doesn't cost a thing, just your time and your commitment. Self-educate with us so you can self empower yourself!

If You're Going To Trust One Person, Let It Be Yourself.
If something feels off, it is. Don't convince yourself otherwise. Everyone in your life has the potential of betraying you. They may leave. They may pass away. They may cheat. They may lie. We can’t count on anybody 100 percent but it does stress the importance of being able to trust the one person we know we can count on: ourselves. We all feel stuck, anxious, and disconnected at times with all the uncertainty not only in our personal life but with what’s happening in 2020. Our guest Christine Turley and I remind you that if your instincts led you here, then this episode is for you.

The thing about stepping outside of your comfort zone is that some are born with a passionate drive - it’s like everywhere they go they just meet the right people, say or do the right things effortlessly. For others ( myself included!), it doesn’t come so naturally - Not for the lack of confidence but rather because it’s hard to know where to even start. If you’re ready to show up in every moment confidently and authentically in who you are, this one is for you!
