As 'Uni Mental Health Day' draws to a close for another year, we discuss how to access mental health support through your university, our experiences and the importance of adequate and accessible mental health support for students. We also share our tips for looking out for yourself and others, and some useful resources to support you.

'Uni Mental Health Day' is on Thursday 4th March 2021, so this week we're telling stories about student mental health and experiences at university.
