Benny has Master Gunz Montanez on to discuss his own struggle with being introverted. We discuss different ways to train and introverted recruiter. He tells us his own story of overcoming it. He still has many introverted tendencies but says he forces himself out of his shell. He purposely did things that would do this. He forced himself to do school talks and actually took public speaking classes. He embraced discomfort
