Senior Care Is A Team Effort

After reading an article stating that America needs grief leadership, our CEO, Katherine Wells, thought that would be an interesting topic to share on our Serenity Moments show. So we invited the best person we know to lead people through grief – Jamie Sarche. Jamie has a TED Talk about grieving and the taboo topic of death. She is a high-energy activist who takes action when she see something needs to be changed.

The Eden Alternative has been undergoing some big changes to modernize. While their mission remains the same – to create quality of life for Elders and their care partners wherever they may live – the team has been working to solve industry problems before they become problems.

When Tracie Corner had to move her mother into residential care, it was heartbreaking. Having a poor experience, including how lack of communication, she was then faced with finding a new community for her mom.
