Episode 9: Bob Bowers
Finally my computer is fixed and I was able to get legendary squash trainer and fitness guru, Bob Bowers on the podcast. Bob was responsible for training Jonathon Power alongside Mike Way amongst other Canadian greats. He is certified in almost everything that involves movement or training and shares an incredible amount of wisdom in this episode. I highly recommend keeping something close to take notes on as there will likely be an exercise or a muscle group that you will need to look up. If you'd like to get in touch to work with Bob you can learn more at his website: infinite-healing.com/about-us/bob-bowers/

Episode 8: Chris Hanebury part B
My computer is still broken so I’m unable to record a new episode with a guest until I get it back. So for this episode I decided to talk about my junior and university career. Instead of focusing on my achievements I discuss what would have made me a better player. Even though I had a decent amount of success there are a lot of ways I could have gotten more out of my ability. At the end of the episode I also discuss what I’ve learned about coaching since starting and how I’ve improved.

Episode 7: Chris Hanebury
It wasn’t my intention to do my own episode, but a broken computer has left me no other option. In episode 7 I answer some questions I’ve been asked on social media and also a few of the common questions I’ve asked other guests. The laptop is in the shop so hopefully I’ll be able to get back to interviewing other coaches shortly.

Episode 6: Stuart Dixon Tribute
Here is a unique, collaborative episode about squash legend, Stuart Dixon who sadly passed away last year. Nicole Bunyan, Brooke Herring, Lindsay Seginson and Giselle Delgado join me to discuss their memories of Stuart and what made him such an incredible coach and person. We try our best to paint a picture of just how special and impactful Stuart was to each of us both on and off the court.
