Don't fall into the trap that it is the result that tells you if the decision was good or bad. Because it isn't. It is what you THINK about the result that makes it good or bad.

Today we are going to clear up what we mean by hazards and hazard based plans. Then, let's get some clarity on what is and is not a HACCP plan
Next, decide on whether or not you need a HACCP or preventive controls plan. Remember, decision making is wealth making.

Buffering is when we use external things to change how we feel emotionally. It’s something we do to keep from fully experiencing our lives, to hide from reality, to procrastinate, to not show up and face the music and face ourselves and our feelings. We don’t want to face the truth of our lives because we don’t want to experience any type of negative emotion. We feel entitled to feel happiness and pleasure all of the time. We feel entitled because we have been TAUGHT that we are supposed to be happy all the time.
When we aren’t happy all the time, we think something is wrong. And then we buffer to stop feeling like something is wrong in our lives. But, when you stop buffering, you move to the 50:50 balance that most of life is. You stop using your limited mental energy on the false pleasures buffering provides and instead use it on what drives your life forward and gives it meaning.
What if we could stand in discomfort and make massive progress? People who are willing to stand in discomfort are able to do anything
Imagine: You will stop beating yourself up and telling yourself you’ll get things done, cause you’ll actually get things done
You'll sleep like a baby (though, given how my kids sometimes slept, I think we should change this phrase to you'll sleep like a teenager on a Sunday morning)
You will show up to the world the way you were meant to
Garbage in, garbage out folks. What supplies do you use in your food and how are your customers mitigating the risk of your food? Learn what everyone needs to know from meat and poultry, to fish to produce, and everything in between!
Verification and Validation, they are a headache and half to most folks. You've written your food safety plan, and now you have even more work? Seriously??
So how do we actually do verification and validation?
It is actually pretty simple:
Figure out what you said you were going to do
Figure out if you did it
Fix it if you didn’t.
This brings clarity.
Writing down what you said you were going to do = being decisive. Being decisive = making more money
Stand in a place of clarity and know your truth
Be more calm and centered and know your own discomfort
Being sure of yourself is incomparable, you will build what you were meant to build when you create clarity in your business and in your life.
