SAC Chairs Atara Cohen and Adi Liebenthal plan a year of happiness

SAC Chairs Atara Cohen and Adi Liebenthal plan a year of happiness

In Season 4 Episode 1, podcast host Jonah Delson interviews SAC chairs Adi Liebenthal and Atara Cohen about their plans for the 2023-24 school year, including how they’ll respond to the proposal passed by Town Hall last year that says SAC should do more.

Segments

  1. How Adi got interested in SAC, even during her freshman year when school was remote during Covid.
  2. How Atara got interested because of Adi, and some of their plans – including kickball and slip’n’slide.
  3. How they became co-chairs, and plans for Color War.
  4. Their response to last year’s Town Hall vote on Eli Weiss and Evan Beller’s proposal, which called for SAC to meet at least three times a month and have at least one activity per month.  Adi and Atara say they’ve been meeting multiple times per week already and planning to have activities not just on special occasions but “just because.”
  5. Their worries and insecurities – mainly their fear that  the students won’t enjoy their videos, or other SAC activities.
