Reeti has recently transitioned to cybersecurity and she brings 15 years of rich experience across IT and customer service. Reeti made her way back to Tech due to her love for working with computers. She has a great command over cloud computing environments and holds a number of AWS and Microsoft certifications. The episode begins with Reeti sharing how her daily mindfulness practice brings her calm and peace which are noticed at work as well. She emphasised the importance of meditation for cybersecurity professionals at all levels.
