Im learning more and more about myself through everything that I do.

Intuition & sum mo' Thangs
Intuition: the ability to understand something immediately, without needing conscious reasoning.
What would you do if things you knew as a kid started to come true? Would you freak out, or would you keep your cool? How I live my life has continuously taken me on one uniquely tailored journey after another. The last time I press record, I was at a point yet again where I knew some things needed to fall off, be moved around, etc, all for my new desires and manifestations that I felt coming. It's been five months since then.... and I now know what I needed to make room for.
What I have been prepping myself for all this time.
I feel I’ve been hyper-focused on ensuring I’d be emotionally, mentally, and spiritually ready for the day I lost my mother. It’s been two months since I got the phone call about my mother’s passing. And I’m buggin’ because how she passed, is precisely how I always feared she would. She died alone. So my heart is heavy right now people.
In The Rebirth Episode, I talked about my mother's mental illness being one of the main reasons I focus heavily on self-care and mental health awareness. And today, I’m glad I’ve taken this path because I don’t know what I would’ve done with these feelings. The matriarchs in my family pass on so young—all in their mid-60s. That's too young! I have to break this chain, too.
Today is 11/22/22. It marks the second anniversary of opening my business, SHAMELESS AVE, and the moment I decided to open up and start sharing my story. Everything is connected; everything I do has meaning. Though I may not always be able to see the end goal in perfect detail, I know the feelings I have always lead me and prepare me to be ready, to be ready, to be ready for whatever.

I have finally ironed out my shit and gathered my ovaries (Woman Balls) and created some significant change for myself and my family! HELLOOO SOMEBODY!!! I mean! Sheesh! Shadow Work: Working with your unconscious mind to uncover the parts of yourself that you repress and hide from yourself.
Everyone wears a mask at some point in their lives, but the truth is that you are still living your truth, even when you're hiding behind a facade. If that truth happens to be that you're a liar, you're only doing a disservice to yourself by not being honest. You are the only one who can truly represent yourself, so why not do it honestly? Take off your mask and look beneath it. You might be surprised to discover all your beautiful characteristics that you've demonized or allowed others to taint. Don't wait any longer. CONTROL Freak
Hyperawareness: the quality or state of being extremely or excessively aware.
The problem with being aware of yourself and maintaining accountability is that sometimes, you can become obsessive in ensuring you are steady. That you are always on your “P’s and Q’s” I went from being reckless and careless to uber aware of what I want to partake in, and now, I’ll be damned if someone tries to cause any derailments in my progress.
Dear Diary, I admit, I may or MAY NOT have some control issues. But listen! I can explain! There's a method behind this madness, I swear! Before you start shaming me, hear me out...... Story Time!

I AM
When you want control, you lose it. When you release the need to control, you gain it. I AM on the path to becoming unbothered. On a course of being Unfuckwithable and Unforgettable! I have gone through so many life cycles and finally realized that I AM who I believe I AM. And I can do whatever I think I can. And I AM just getting started. The only one that can stop me is ME, and SELF won't let that happen.
And what's more important is I AM utterly aware of it. I AM aware certain things are for ME and me only. While other things, SELF and I won't let slide.

This episode is all about how I first became aware of mySELF. After leaving my victim mentality, I began to look at the world and its people completely differently. As a result, I began to detect toxicity in the people who were close to me. And in the habits I developed. I started to peel the masks off of everything and look at their true essence for what it was. I went from sadness to grace with focus and pure intention. ME
A part of ME was so nervous to talk openly about my mistakes and misfortunes a while ago. I was self-sabotaging. Playing the victim, learning valuable lessons, receiving blessings, and immediately tainting them with negativity.
I was stuck in a ME role. Many of us have experienced this at one point in time. Some of us have learned our lessons and improved; some are still in denial, while some might even see themselves for the first time after listening to this. The point is, you CAN change, you CAN evolve, and YOU WILL SUCCEED! Trust YOUR process.
