Coronacoaster: Human Behavior
Welcome to Coronacoaster with me, Shanil Verjee! This is the podcast where I talk about the effects Coronavirus, or COVID-19, has had and will continue to have on youth around the world. This podcast is supported by a fellowship from the Keck Center for International and Strategic Studies at Claremont McKenna College. This week, we’ll be diving into the anthropological perspective, and talking about how human behavior might be changing because of COVID-19. Later in the episode, we will hear from Juliana Romeo, an anthropology major at Scripps College. She will be discussing if behavior could really change long term as a result of the pandemic. She will also be telling us how the pandemic has affected anthropological research, especially for college seniors.
