District 38 serves 149 clubs with 4,000 Toastmaster members in eastern Pennsylvania and southern and central New Jersey.

District 38 Conference Co-Chairs Erin Bailey and Chris Hulse interview Michele Salomon, fellow Toastmaster, researcher, speaker and author.
Michele is one of the conference local educational speakers this year, she is will present “Data as Communication!” on Saturday, April 17th at 2:00 pm. Michele is going to tell listeners how to use data to understand trends and make better decisions, where to find and collect that data and what tools are available to use.
