What to Expect:
🦋 We would meet up Mon-Thurs from 5:30pm to 7:00pm at Wolfs Crossing Rd, Naperville, Illinois. The training is 75 minutes🦕
🦋 We would have a consistent Warmup and Cool Down. Each Day we focus on Different Categories of Endurance, Power, Strength, Flexibility, Speed, Agility and Balance🦕
🦋Kids are welcome to be part of this training, the area has an amazing park,spash pad, sports complex and an American Ninja Warrior Course so the kids will have plenty to do🦕

✨There will be an A Team and B Team. The A Team is committed to the 21 days and will show up to every training. B Team is more for the people who would like to do drop ins🦕
✨A Team will be our core team. I am looking for 3-9 Leaders to Join the A Team. After 21 days, We would design the training together to teach the next round and really build a Strong Smart and Happy Community! We will be doing monthly trainings exclusively for the A Team🦕

🌊Shivani is a certified Martial Arts Coach and Yoga Teacher harnessing the power of the body and mind through yoga, meditation, and sound therapy. After working intense hours in the corporate world, she moved from California to Tamera, Portugal. Tamera is a community that lives in harmony with Mother Earth. Their mission is to deepen our understanding of alternative medicine, wellness, and the holistic approach to healing the mind, body, and soul. After experiencing Tamera, Shivani traveled the world learning different meditation techniques through working with elite trainers. Shivani then moved back to the United States and began to replicate Tamera’s mission here at home. Shivani is a certified Black Belt in Taekwondo via World Taekwondo Federation and a Certified Black Belt 1st Dan via International Wado-Ryu Federation. Because your protein can come from whole foods from both animals and plants and supplements like powders and food products like bars, we compare a few easy sources you can count on.

We asked one of our resident experts, XSport’s National Director of Operations Ernie Rizzato, to tell us why a high protein diet can be a good idea, and to share some classic ways to make it happen.

Ernie mentions that recent research continues to demonstrate the potential benefits of adding protein to the average diet, especially for those who are trying to slim down, get lean, build muscle or support physical performance. Studies have shown:

Even when overall calories are the same, a diet that is higher in protein was found to lead to more fat loss than a lower protein diet.
More muscle is preserved, and/or gained with a high protein diet (keeping calories the same again).
Less belly fat is another benefit attributed to a high protein diet. It’s also more difficult for your body to convert protein into body fat than other macronutrients
So what is “higher” as far as a high protein diet is concerned? The Recommended Daily Intake (RDI) for protein is 50 grams per day, or 10% of a 2000 calorie diet. However, some researchers believe that many people should be eating more than this, due to the benefits mentioned above.

The generally recommended range is 10 – 35% of your daily calories coming from protein, depending on your goals, training, and other needs (higher percentages for athletes in training, pregnant women, etc.). For a 2000 calorie diet, that range is 200 – 700 calories, which equals 50 grams – 175 grams of protein per day.

A small baby crawls first, then walks slowly with crooked steps, and then it walks somewhat better until finally it starts walking really well. We cannot expect the baby to start walking the day it is born. We need to allow it to take time and learn its own way. Sakar is what we can see our naked eye. i.e we need picture to believe in supreme power. “Nirakar” is what we cannot see with our naked eyes. There is no shape in which we can fix it. We don’t need picture to worship. As we are human we are always having hundreds of questions before believing or trusting any one. But to have faith on that supreme power we will have to believe and to trust without rationalising him we need support of pictures. Like a child in nursery classes a picture is shown in front of the alphabet like A for apple and the picture of apple is shown. Same is there in worshipping God we start like a small baby starting from A for apple. i.e. “Sakar” and progressing slowly there are no words or pictures needed for worshipping God i.e. “Nirakar”.

For the initial stage it is better to choose SAKAR as it is easier to focus the monkeying mind to divine experiences, we can do away SAKAR and yoke ourselves to formless. Form is like a ladder to climb to the higher floor, once we reach the floor, there is no need to ladder.
