Aura Balancing & Cleansing Meditation
This meditation helps to clear and balance your energy field - the area around us that we think of as our "personal space." The auric body can get cluttered, torn or blown out depending on what is occurring in our lives. Cleansing and balancing the energy field can help us to feel more grounded, centered and connected.
Energy Integration & Embodiment Meditation
Sometimes our energy fields become very disperse - a term I sometimes called being "blown out." This includes feelings of disassociation, ungroundedness and a sense that one's energy is diffuse. This can also feel like being drained and exhausted, or excessively overthinking. This meditation is meant to help collect your vital energy back up, return it to your body, creating a feeling of presence and wholeness. The meditation also helps to reintegrate your vital energy throughout the body, balancing it among all seven chakras.
Chakra Cleansing
This meditation helps you in removing deeply embedded energies from your chakras as well as revitalizing, replenishing and uplifting your energy.
Cord Clearing
This meditation leads you through the steps of grounding, scanning and identifying cords in the body and energetic field, as well as removing them and shielding.
Ring of Fire Cleansing Meditation
A meditation to use the strength and power of fire to help cleanse and clear your energy field.
On Bravery and Fear
I feel like something we don't understand about people we label as "brave" is that we are actually afraid most of the time. But when you've lived with being afraid most of your life, you realize you can either cower in fear and waste away, or you can own the fear and live. I think one day I just decided I wanted to live, more than I cared about being afraid. Maybe that's all that bravery is.
Relaxing Mindfulness Meditation
A gentle meditation to induce relaxation and grounding in the body.
Forced Forgiveness
This podcast explores the shadow side of forgiveness, and how we may at times feel forced to forgive for the sake of forgiving, rather than forgiving from a genuine place of healing.
