Clare describes the moment she was out for dinner and all she could afford was the free bread.
After feeling disgusted with where her life was at, Clare decided to change, she lit the fire inside her to fill the gap she had in her business.

When was the last time you stopped to think about what you're grateful for?
On today's episode I explore what gratitude is, what it really means and what are the 10 benefits of practising gratitude daily.
I share tips on how to get started - it's easy!
Here's the 30 gratitude journal prompts I share in the episode:-
- What special someone has taught you about unconditional love in the past or present?
- Write down one good thing that happened to you today.
- What are five personality traits that you are most thankful for?
- What about your upbringing are you most grateful for?
- Are you happy with how your day turned out?
- Can you do better tomorrow?
- Name 5 things you are doing well currently.
- What family members are you most grateful for? Write about what makes them special.
- What is something nice another person did for you today or this week?
- What is something nice you did for another person today or this week?
- Write the top 10 things in your life that cause you stress. For each stress factor, write what you can do to change it.
- Think about the worst period you went through in your life and list 10 ways life is better now than it was then.
- List something good that has recently caught your attention to make you realize how fortunate you are.

- Name 3 things that you can start doing today to express your gratitude to others? (helping, volunteering, donating, etc). Start doing it in the next few days.
- What has been the highlight of your day today?
- What things do you own that make life easier?
- Name 3 things that have happened to you that have strengthened your character and who you are today (positive or negative events).
- List 5 things you love about your home.
- What about your career, job or business are you grateful for?
- What things made you laugh out loud this week?
- Write about a time someone went out of their way to help you.
- Think about a time that you went out of your way to help someone.
- Name 3 talents or qualities you have that you are grateful for.

Stop trying to find yourself and create yourself....
In 2020 I was lost. I had lost my identity, I'd lost myself.
I was looking for myself. I was looking in Facebook groups, in Masterminds, in online courses and in downloads and check lists and I didn't find it.
It wasn't until I was at a conference (trying to find myself) where they told me that everything I needed was inside of me that the penny dropped - I needed to go inside to find answers.
I went deep.
I didn't find myself, I created myself.
This mindset shift changed everything in my life and business.
I've gone from overwhelmed, tired, lost and burnt out to energised, happy, intentional and I'm having fun!

I'm not here to debate the article and get your opinion on it, I'm here to tell you girls - that us women can't do all the things - we need to ask for help. We are worthy of help!
Here's my opinion on asking for help and getting help - there is a difference.
I'll also share with you tips for how to pay for getting help for FREE and how to outsourcing in your home and business without selling your kidney or a small child.
In the words of Marie Condo, discard things that no longer spark joy.

What 75 Hard Taught Me About Staying On Track With Goals & Habits feat. Lorraine Murphy
Last year, I completed the #75Hard Challenge – which is a mental toughness challenge, it was the hardest, most rewarding challenge I have ever done in my life!
Each day for 75 days, participants:
- Do two 45-minute workouts (one outside)
- Stick to a diet
- Have no cheat meals or alcohol
- Drink 4 litres of water
- Read 10 pages of non-fiction
- Take a progress photo
This challenge taught me so much about my ability to stay on track with my intended goals and habits, and I got a LOT of questions from my community about the experience!
Mentor Lorraine Murphy joined me doing the challenge, and in this episode, Lorraine and I compare notes on what the challenge taught us, including:
Why we each did the challenge
- What our biggest fears/block were going into it
