Case 2, Ep. 1 l The suspicious phone call

Lindsay Buziak received a phone call from a couple looking for a 3 bedroom, 3 bath home that was move-in ready. The couple told Lindsay they needed to close on the home in just 2 days with a $1 million dollar budget. Lindsay was skeptical of the buyers but took the proper precautions and moved forward with the process of finding these buyers a home. Lindsay found a home for this couple on 1702 De Sousa Place, Victoria, British Columbia. On February 2, 2008 Lindsay had a scheduled showing with this couple. This showing led to the gruesome discovery of Lindsays body inside of the listing on De Sousa Place. What happened? Who killed this young prospering real estate agent?
