This is not a political video for the presidential election 2020. There's been a lot of heat on both political parties. I hear many people say their lives will be more challenging, and the country will go downhill if their opponent is not chosen whether it is Donald Trump or Joe Biden. If this is you, you are playing the blame game. In this video, I will explain why the next president or other outside circumstances does not determine your future.

When we are hanging out with friends, we are always joking around each other. When we are making fun of one of our friends, we believe it is a harmless joke. To them, it may not be very respectful, and they might not say anything. As friends, we shouldn't stop having fun and making jokes with each other. At the same time, we should respect boundaries. This podcast episode is about why harmless jokes may be damaging and what we can do to make sure our jokes are not hurting our friends.

Elliot Padfield is one of the UK’s leading young entrepreneurs with security, real estate, and healthcare businesses. He is now an investor and public speaker.

When most of us are knee-deep into assignments and playing video games during our free-time in college, there are a few extraordinary people who are busy making headlines and rewriting history at that age. One such extraordinary individual is a 16-year-old British student, Elliot Padfield, who has established and built a number of global brands.

He manages Padfield International, a maritime security and intelligence brand, and The Invictus Group, a real estate and investment group. He’s also worked to launch a number of startups including Padfield Social, Elion Health, and HydroPonica.

Padfield has now turned to public speaking and investing as his way of giving back to the community. He believes that his work as a public speaker is a channel for inspiration and education, which gave him his focus on nurturing young leaders through talks in schools as well as complementing internal CPD programs.

According to famousbirthdays.com, Elliot is set to be the next face of entrepreneurship and is likened to Gary Vaynerchuk in his early career.

In this episode, I will talk about what these five activities are and why they are essential. P.s. #5 is longer than the rest. ;)
