The Blueprint for Success in Cooperate America with Nicole "Nikki" Clifton: President of Social Impact & The UPS Foundation
In a high performing woman’s life, oftentimes work takes precedence over everything else. Our desire to check all the boxes in our careers, to always succeed professionally, to be the best in our field can lead to setting aside our own well-being. From the outside, we may seem to have it all. But deep inside we know that this is not true. We feel mentally and physically exhausted, we don’t have enough time for our families and loved ones, and more than that, we actually never have time for ourselves, for our own emotional needs, for our own talents and passions.
The truth is we need a more balanced life, a fulfilled life, a meaningful existence where our career, family and personal lives are all aligned. A high performing woman who presents herself as being “first and foremost a mom”, a woman with a successful career who thinks that investing time in her creative talents is an important part of her personal development, is certainly a woman who found the key secret to a perfect life-work balance.
Wondering what that secret is? Struggling to find that balance for yourself? Then is time for you to meet Nikki Clifton, our guest on today’s episode of She Needs a Life Coach Podcast! Host and Life Coach Kelli Clifton Ogunsanya is going to have an amazing conversation with Nikki about how to have a fulfilled life on all levels. They will dive deep into how to fight against limiting beliefs that stand in your way to success, how to overcome the challenges of being a woman in corporate America, how to set boundaries around your schedule at work and much more. Listen now and get inspired!
