The Ohio State Reformatory / Haunted History Vol 1
Got Ghosts? Shadow People? This place does. Built on the site of a Civil War camp ravaged by diesease, the Ohio State Reformatory first opened in 1896 to reform young offenders. This castle-like building grew to eventually house the most dangerous criminals in the state. By the time it closed in 1990, the prison was hosting 1000 more prisoners than it was built to hold. Suicides, murders and other violent acts of the inmates have left its mark on this buildings energy. Do ghosts still walk the halls?? You be the judge. Join the host as she shares with you history & tales from her book, The Haunted History of the Ohio State Reformatory. The Granny Witch
In Appalachia of old, these wise women knew roots and herbs and could concoct creations that could heal you, help you deliver a baby and cure a fever. They were known as Granny Witches. Many were feared, most were respected and depended on and a few still linger on in the Afterlife. This is one such tale from West Virginia.
Beyond the Towpath - A Dead Irishman for Every Mile of Canal
Beyond the Towpath focuses on the dark history of the little town of Canal Fulton in Stark County, Ohio. Ghosts can roam where unmarked graves exist according to old folklore and along the Ohio and Erie Canal Towpath, local legends speak of a body buried along every mile of canal. The Scots-Irish were the primary workers on the 308-mile-long canal and it was to their lot that disease struck often resulting in death and unmarked graves. Do the canal workers still stroll the towpath in the Afterlife? My local Haunted History Walks of Canal Fulton have proven to be popular for over the last 20 years. Join me on my adventure as I share stories, paranormal investigations and insight. Check out my website at www.HauntedHistory.net or on Instagram @riverstx.

Mary was both loved and hated, feared by some and yet possesing a great strenght, Mary, Queen of Scots met her fate on the chopping block. Many claim to see her still to this very day in over 20 locations in Scotland and England.
