"Indian Geniuses" - Intent, Rewards & Publishing (In Response To Vaishali Mathur at Penguin India)
This is in response to an interesting question posed by Ms Mathur, on the focus of Indian television advertisements (national TVCs) on depicting Indian kids as "geniuses".

Bhanu Bandopadhyay (also known as Bhanu Bannerjee) was India's first audio-comic superstar, podcasting his jokes even before podcasting was invented. As an iconic Bengali comedian and radio jockey, he was responsible for over 300 pieces of stellar observational humor, and over a billion hours of laughter. With "Telephone Bibhrat", SpotifyPodcast.com pays a tribute to the late comic legend. This is a non-commercial episode.

Make America Trumpless Again - Singhasan Khali Karo, Donald Trump (A Tribute To George Floyd, Ramdhari Singh Dinkar) - Shomprakash Sinha Roy
Let's Make America Trumpless Again.
This is dedicated to the memory of George Floyd, who lost his life in a despicable act
of racial violence, and to the undying spirit of 300 million Americans, who stand united
in the fight against this resurgent oppression.
This poem was written by Ramdhari Singh Dinkar, an Indian wordsmith, who penned it down at a time when my beloved country was a colony of the British empire, and it’s an amazing coincidence, that we were a population of nearly 300 million at the time of its composition.

শ্বেতবর্ণ রাজকন্যার কুহু কুহু নীল সন্ধ্যাকাল - (The Whispering Blue Twilight Of The Marble-Hued Princess) - Bengali Poem - Shomprakash Sinha Roy
Lyrics:

Carry Your Heart (A tribute to E.E. Cummings) - Poems - Shomprakash Sinha Roy
This episode owes a lot to the response received for "One Art" by Elizabeth Bishop. Here's another straight-from-the-heart recital of "I carry your heart" by E.E. Cummings.
Who Am I? (A tribute to 1998OR2 in the grand scheme of things) - Shomprakash Sinha Roy
A late-night heartfelt podcast about the possibility of impending doom, the perception of an ultimate self, and the infinite molecular dance of absolute reality. Not for the faint-hearted.
The Art Of Losing (A tribute to Elizabeth Bishop) - Shomprakash Sinha Roy
This one's a short episode, and it deals with the art of losing. It is a simple reading of one of my favorite poems of all time, One Art by Elizabeth Bishop. If you're someone like me who needs help in dealing with the concept of loss, this is for you. For those who prefer looking at the lyrics, they're included below, here in the description.
"One Art" by Elizabeth Bishop
The art of losing isn’t hard to master;
so many things seem filled with the intent
to be lost that their loss is no disaster.
Lose something every day. Accept the fluster
of lost door keys, the hour badly spent.
The art of losing isn’t hard to master.
Then practice losing farther, losing faster:
places, and names, and where it was you meant
to travel. None of these will bring disaster.
I lost my mother’s watch. And look! my last, or
next-to-last, of three loved houses went.
The art of losing isn’t hard to master.
I lost two cities, lovely ones. And, vaster,
some realms I owned, two rivers, a continent.
I miss them, but it wasn’t a disaster.
—Even losing you (the joking voice, a gesture
I love) I shan’t have lied. It’s evident
the art of losing’s not too hard to master
though it may look like (Write it!) like disaster.
Zero To One (A tribute to Peter Thiel in the times of lockdown) - Shomprakash Sinha Roy
What is one important truth that a very few people agree with you on?
How do you make money when nobody can step out of their homes?
How do you make a living in the post-covid-19 world? How to restart life after the lockdown ends? How to get anything done? How to get from zero, to one? My first episode deals with the subject of finding great ideas that you can use to solve real-world problems. You can send me your feedback/questions at shomprakash@gmail.com.
