A wrestling coach of mine once told me and Im paraphrasing "if you wouldn't let someone punch you in the face then why would you let them take you down like this?" I use this analogy for how we show up in our lives. Often people decide to not make decisions on fear. Alot of times when we show up to the meeting or a big event where we need to perform were not going to allow ourselves to fall flat on our faces. This is where this analogy takes place. Getting ourselves to the event is often the hard part. Our minds will take care of the rest from there.

#44 - Not giving yourself the opportunity to fail
One of the most prevalent things in my life that has gotten me through things is simply that. Not giving myself the opportunity to fail. This relates a lot to the concept of "Showing Up" in my opinion. When you show up to whatever situation you said you were going to put yourself in wether are not youve done it before. If you have no way of backing out once you are there. You will figure out. This has been a great reminder for me.
