Bianca is a 30 year old yoga teacher & personal trainer who works on super yachts. Grew up with bi-polar type 2, ADHD, high levels of anxiety, specifically social anxiety, depression and an eating disorder. Her mental health has always been tricky to manage through her studies & 20’s due to trauma as well as hereditary mental illnesses.

With the help of loads of therapy & diving deeper into yoga & meditation she’s been able to navigate her mental illness in order to function in a high stress environment in the service industry. She recently started a website called beyourselfmentalhealth.org that is dedicated to informing & educating people about different types of mental illnesses. The platform was established in order to host online group support meetings for individuals & their families to be able to reach out for help and experience a sense of community around “shameful” topics.

Bianca has been using her social media account to talk about mental illness in an effort to break the stigma and to let other people going through it know they’re not alone.
