SOS Sides of the Spectrum

By Aiden Lee and Bill Connolly
SIDES OF THE SPECTRUM, by Aiden Lee and Bill Connolly

Our podcast series, ‘Sides Of the Spectrum’ addresses what’s it like living with autism, ADHD and anxiety for an exuberant teen and a self-diagnosed adult. What goes on behind the scenes of the spectrum? What works and what doesn’t? Who is who and why does it matter?

‘Nothing about us without us’. Is our credo. (That’s why this is not a podcast of NT’s telling you about autism, it’s about two guys on the spectrum taking you on a creative adventure of unplanned surprises and total entertainment.

Sides of the Spectrum - Ep. 4 Social Distancing
Social Distancing - Sides of the Spectrum Ep. 4 What is Social Distancing? Social distancing means staying away from busy places like malls, movie theatres or airplanes. Activities or events may be cancelled to keep people safe and healthy. You may get upset or frustrated about not being able to do the things you normally do. But understanding why we practice social distancing will help keep everyone safe and healthy. For many of us, it means a change to our routine which is not always easy. I interview Bill over the phone and ask him how he's adjusting to the social isolation and we discuss what works and doesn't work for many in our community. Join us for another episode of SOS Sides of the Spectrum!
