500lb Hank The Tank Bear in South Lake Tahoe in need of Rescue
National News has gone over board on the terror that is "Hank The Tank" Black bear which is causing some concern in South Lake Tahoe. After breaking into more than 28 homes and continued bad behavior from residents and visitors in feeding bears, Hank the Tank is wanted for removal. If captured and they can't find a suitable habitat to transfer the bear to he will be euthanized.

My visits range from extremely easy strolls, enjoying a river or valley feature during the day, before a swim in Tenaya Lake to extremely long mileage, high altitude adventure hikes trying to discover deeper and higher in the park.
