How to save an hour a day
As a therapist time is money.
Finding ways to save time and become more efficient allows you to save money, make money, be less stressed and/or allow you extra time to spend time doing other things.
There are a raft of different things you can do that can easily save you an hour a day. To put that into context, saving an hour a day is 200 hours over the course of a standard working year (200 days) or 5 working weeks (40 hr weeks).
Part of what helps you to develop the right mindset is to focus on value not price. Understanding the value of doing things not just any upfront pricing which is also covered in this helpful blog.
Hope you enjoy the show, please let us know your thoughts and any tips/hacks we may have missed.
