Crystal holds a BA in Finance from California State University, San Bernardino, an MBA from National University, and a California Real Estate Brokers License with over 10 years of sales experience.

Crystal is the financial educator with Black Girls Guide to the Pivot on Finance Fridays. She has also been featured on the Black Girls Guide to the Pivot Podcast. She is currently serving as the Vice President of Membership of her local Toastmasters Club. She is also the Secretary, and Social Media Chairperson of the San Diego National Association of Real Estate Brokers.

Crystal runs a successful photography business called CMB Photography during her spare time.
