Victor grew up in Arecibo, Puerto Rico and has been a soccer player his entire life. He continuously believes in fighting for your dreams, backed by the power of faith and God. He has traveled and played for teams in multiple countries, including Madrid, Brazil, Argentina, and Portugal.

Victor is a force to be reckoned with on the field and has a heart of gold, or as he would say diamonds, when off. We are so excited to share Victor's journey today with you!

Today we have Jack Butcher joining us, a CEO and founder of Visualize Value, where he presents important concepts of time, productivity, and value. He’s a graphic wiz, as he has mastered taking complex ideas and turning them into simple illustrations. 

After working in the New York City corporate advertising for 10 years, Jack went on to creating his own side hustles that created purpose and value for others as well as continuing improving himself as a visual communicator.

Today we are here with a really special guest, Arlin Moore. Arlin is a Boston university graduate in film, and now a full-time creator and an entrepreneur living in LA.

He has close to 170 thousand subscribers on Youtube and over 20 million views. Arlin is a big believer in positive thinking and spreading a message of inclusion and happiness, which has inspired him to start his own course MAXI, which is a course where he hopes to improve every area of your life.

Arlin has his own merch store, runs a podcast, and is an overall entrepreneur and go getter inspiring others to do the same.

Today we have a really exciting guest joining us, Nick Galecki. Nick is a DJ and a producer. He produces really great music that excites and unites friends and  strangers alike, and sets the tone for a late night.

Throughout his career, Nick has worked with various artists such as Wiz Khalifa, has been touring around and performing, and has achieved close to half a million streams throughout various platforms.

We are extremely excited for our guest joining us, Gabriela Toro. Gabriela is an online business owner as a career coach, scaling her business to 6 figures in both English and Spanish.

Throughout her career, Gabriela has been able to travel full-time as a digital nomad, while living out her purpose.

Today we have one of our good friends joining us - Luke Losee, who is an all around creative. He’s a cinematographer running his own production company Los Ghost shooting anything from real estate, weddings, and big events, such as Breakaway, which is one of the largest music touring festivals in the US which he’s been working and traveling for the past year.

Luke’s creativity and talents shine through as he’s been working alongside many well known artists, making viral tiktoks, all while living his best life, traveling, attending exclusive parties, and being an entrepreneur himself.

Welcome to Season 2 of Sip n' Venture! We are so excited for this new season. To start off we want to catch you guys up on where we've been, what we've been up to and everything we learned.

In today’s episode we have a really inspiring guest that we can not wait to share with you. Sam Plough is a successful internet marketer who runs a successful e-commerce brand. Sam got into dropshipping after realizing that real estate is not for him as he wanted the life of “making your own hours”.

Now Sam is able to make his own schedule by waking up, getting breakfast and coffee while working of the convenience from his own laptop running and strategizing for his e-commerce store all while getting paid in his sleep.

He has some great tips to share on dropshipping and staying motivated.

 In today’s episode we’re talking to Megan Edgemond, who is a successful photographer and videographer. What started off as a hobby shooting concerts, turned into something bigger than she ever would have imagined. In the midst of chaos of COVID 19 she was able to launch her brand Saltrock Studios, which is a freelance videography company.

Megan shoots weddings, real estate, corporate, concerts, portraits and various brands ranging from fitness, to beverage brands and more!

Elise was actually part of my team when I was a VS PINK campus rep during my college career, and I remember noticing her at our interview and loving her bubbly personality and her drive for all things visual design. Elise has been running the PINK campus rep program in South Carolina for the past two years now, so she has the inside scoop on all things being a pink campus rep.

Akash Charausia is a computer science graduate student in Stanford, and a founder of Treyetech medical device startup where he developed a novel device that eliminates the difficult aspects of the DMEK eye procedure for surgeons.

He has had some amazing experience under his sleeve, including research, and internships in various companies, including Tesla, which he actually just finished working as their AI program manager getting to work in house with hundreds of talented engineers, developers, managers and more.

After working 9-5 job for a fortune 500 company, she came to realize that path wasn’t for her. She took a risk,  quit her job, traveled the world,  and found her passion for writing. She now works as a freelance health and fitness writer working in the comfort of her home in the sunny California.

Emilina has a master of science in Nutrition and continues to thrive, writing articles for some of the most prestigious magazines and websites. Today we are talking to a nutritionist and a soon-to be registered dietitian, Sam Wierzbicki. Sam growing up as an athlete always struggled with different diets and ways of fueling her body. She graduated from Princeton with an English degree, and during her time teaching in elementary school in thailand she realized she noticed that she spent  all of her free time studying nutrition, therefore she  decided to go back to school and study nutritional science in NYU and follow her passion in food and wellness.

Sam runs an instagram blog where she posts daily recipes, and nutritional advice, as well as offers great tips and advice as well as 1 on 1 coaching. Today we have someone joining us who is the definition of Sip n’ Venture.  Josh Neuman is a filmmaker, a downhill skateboarder, a lisenced skydiver, and a full time adventurer.

Josh owns his own media company where he collaborates with various big brands, such as GoPro. His videos have gotten over 140 million views on YouTube.

Josh has longboarded all over the world on the biggest and the most dangerous roads, including French Alps, Norway, Switzerland, Italy, Hawaii and more.

He’s been featured on SportsCenter Top 10 plays, and most importantly has a big passion for serving people and has plans on starting a nonprofit.

We can’t wait for you guys to meet Josh. This episode is truly one of a kind. 

WhereIsCho is an extremely talented  23 year old singer and rapper. He discovered his love for music at a very young age and realized that music was an outlet and something he could always rely on no matter what the circumstances were. Growing up, I have always looked up to him for his passion and motivation in life.

Raimis the definition of a success. Throughout his career he’s been and is a  successful engineer, a business owner,  an expert of all things tech, a scientist, an owner of quite a few real estates, and as well as an amazing dad.

I can honestly say my dad made my childhood the best. Since he’s a big tech guy, he has always provided us with the coolest newest toys and tech,  He is extremely knowledgeable and has many valuable life tips, whether it's finances, business, or life advice. I’ve always admired his drive and passion in life to support our family, and improve the world.

We cannot wait for you guys to meet Raimis, and learn his ways of sip n venture.

So today we have Sally Fanjoy joining us, who is a wireless entrepreneur, scuba diver, as well as a spokesperson for ocean pollution and all things sustainability. Sally went to the same college as us, but I met her through instagram and was really fascinated and inspired by her passion for  this world and positive energy she always radiates.

Sally is a recent college graduate currently working remote as a salesperson for sustainable hair and skincare products that stand with her values.  Her work allows her to travel and explore the world, take “job trips” to festivals, road trips, and different beaches, while getting to connect with a group of people who have similar goals and values in life.

Sally believes that living your dreams is nothing extraordinary, and she has some great lessons and advice on taking your matters into your own hands and living a path that’s meant for you, no matter what society tells you to do.

Today we have someone joining us who is very near and dear to my heart. Someone I have always looked up to growing up- my  sister Rasa. Rasa is 10 years older than me, so I have always looked up to her almost as a second mom figure to me.

Rasa is a mom of two kids while being a  successful business woman. After graduating college with a business degree , she went to work as a recruiter for an agency. After working for a few companies, Rasa learned the ins and outs of recruiting and decided to open her own staffing agency, that she called Peopable.

Yes. If you don’t know how recruiting agencies work, their job is to find people jobs. So usually a company reaches out and lets a recruiter know that they’re looking for this many people to fill these roles, and a recruiter goes out, finds those people,  interviews them, and makes sure they’re the best candidates for that specific position.

Rasa is a true example of following your passion and an example of if you do what you love you’ll end up succeeding.  She was able to take a risk, and start her very own successful recruiting agency while raising two toddlers, and she never lets anything get in her way.

At the age of 23 Natalie Barbu is a definition of a girl boss. She’s a Youtuber, Podcaster, and a business owner living in New York city. After graduating college with an industrial engineering degree Natalie started working for a big consulting company in Charlotte, North Carolina, but soon came to realize that she’s able to make more profit working for herself.

Natalie’s been making YouTube videos ever since she was in high school with content ranging from beauty and fashion hauls to life advice and day in the life vlogs. Over the years she’s accumulated close to 300 hundred thousand subscribers and has worked with numerous well known brands such as Nordstrom, LuluLemon, Neutrogena, and more!

Not only that, Natalie also runs a weekly podcast called the Real Reel Podcast where she showcases real people with real careers and talks to them not only about their highlight reel, but also about their real reel.

As well as Natalie just started her own consulting company - Barbu Agency where she helps people grow their personal brand, start an online business, or better market themselves.

In Episode 13, Natalie lets you know the tips on working for yourself, starting your own business, and shares her path to successfully being her own boss.

Todays episode is super exciting for us because it is one of our closest friends who we have been wanting to have on here for a really long time. We met Ashley Jordan through social media and we all grew really close throughout the years. Ashley thought like most people after high school that her plan was to go to college, however, after being there for a year, she came to realize that this path was not for her. She was brave enough to drop out and follow her heart. Soon after, Ashley grew immensely as a person, started finding her way, got a job, saved money, and even started a blog.

Ashley jordan is truly one of a kind and the epitome of someone who knows how to follow their heart, not mind or whatever society is saying. We cant wait for you guys to tune in so let's get to it!

In today’s episode we have one of our good friends Savannah Allanson, who is a certified personal trainer.  At 23 years old Savannah is a wife, a total business woman, a homeowner and a fitness enthusiast. In this episode we have a total girl boss, Paula Novacki, who is a female entreprenuer, a business owner, and a part time traveler. After graduating from the University of South Carolina, Paula went on to work at a prestigious New York agency, but then came to realize that she wanted to create her own schedule and reap the fruits of her own work. Paula believed in herself, took a risk, and went into freelancing. She chose to work for herself, while traveling the world, and accumulating connections enabling her to start her own sucessful media agency, PN Media.

It’s all up to us. At the end of the day our life is one big Sip n’ Venture. After being roomates in college we went through so many ups and downs in not being sure of what we want to do in life. After discovering our passion for traveling and meeting new people, opened our eyes to a variety of different lifestyles. We wanted to share not only these lifestyle with you, but ensure that there is no timeline to life and you have the decision to live it any way you want. We cannot wait to pour our hearts in each episode for you, so hope you stick around!
