Resentment
Resentment is a complex emotion that can arise from a variety of experiences, such as feeling slighted or wronged by another person, perceiving an injustice or unfairness, or experiencing a sense of powerlessness or helplessness. It is a feeling of bitterness or anger that can be directed toward individuals, groups, or even society as a whole. Are you holding on to some resentment in your life? If so, this is the episode for you!
Living with regret

Are You A Bitter Betty
What is bitter? It's feelings, emotions, and how you act toward others. Most often it's saying mean things that hurt people, feeling hatred, or feeling sorry for yourself. It can also be picking fights to be antagonistic or vindictive and spiteful. It typically involves a ton of resentment and feeling like life isn’t fair. And bitterness can taint everything.
Fortunately, it usually fades with time and perspective. But if it’s too strong or lingers for too long, bitterness can keep you from moving forward and healing. And that can make it very hard for you to have fulfilling, healthy relationships, friendships, and experiences.
Intimacy
Intimacy is a feeling of closeness and connection in an interpersonal relationship. It is an essential part of intimate relationships, but it also plays an important role in other relationships with friends, family members, and other acquaintances. We hope you take a listen!
Unconventional Relationships

This is a great episode y'all!
Healing From Narcissistic Abuse
Narcissistic abuse isn’t limited to romantic relationships with narcissistic partners and the effects of the abuse can be devastating. We hope you take a listen!
