Anyway it feels like the right time to do this but I talked about 20 things I unboxed in 2019. By unboxing I mean 20 new things from 2019 that I did or that happened to me. List of things: 1. It may or may not work for people but I personally did get something out of looking at my overall wellbeing through these aspects. 6. Sometimes you actually do need to STFU Animal chart thing with shark, owl, turtle, teddy and fox Aba and Preach video Context matters in this of course.  This only works for balanced relationships or relationships you actually want/need to preserve imo. And if you need to save your interests then the shark is appropriate. But it's okay to be a turtle sometimes to just let little conflicts blow over. 7. Well! I was signing up for Anchor because I wanted to do a limited series podcast over the December holiday where I try to find my voice and get comfortable with being recorded.
